Description of Work: They did weekly maintenance, fall clean-up and a spring start-up.

+ -1 moreOverall I feel that J&J was less than professional. We paid for a service they did not provide. Therefor they owe us the return of our money.
Description of Work: This was our second year with J&J as a plow service. They had done a great job the year prior so we re-signed with them. This year they did not show up at all. We had 3 large snow storms in Chicago and J&J never came. When confronted they disputed this knowtion stating that they were late to arrive and when they arrived (4 AM the day after the snow fall) the driveway was already cleared. They have also refused to return our money either partially or completely. We are currently awaitng a response from the BBB.

+ -1 moreThey have always been very reasonable, very hard workers. Our backyard is pretty big. They charge by the service. In a years time I only spend about 1000.00. They are very good. Juan usually shows up and explains to his crew what needs to be done. They will ask if they are unsure about anything. They always fight over who gets to come do jobs at my house cause I feed them. They usually get her pretty early and they clean up everything.
Description of Work: They trim our hedges, do our spring and fall clean up.
