+ -1 moreThere were delays due to the hot summer weather. However, no work was done when the cooler fall weather arrived. Numerous times and dates were set but John never came or called to explain his absence. By Nov. we told him we wanted our money back since he could not be depended on to perform the work. He said he would pay us back in payments of at least $500 a week. This has not happened and our phone calls have not been returned.
Description of Work: Never replaced roof on building in Chicago after having been paid in full.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with this company. They were extremely clean and professional. Their work was fast and of very high quality and the workers were very nice. They let us experiment with different color choices and even lightened and darkened colors for us. When an issue came up, they resolved it very quickly.
Description of Work: They painted our living room, dining room, hallway, stairway, kitchen and study. They used high gloss paint for the walls and white oil paint for the trimmings. They also painted base boards and moldings. Our house is 3200 square feet. The job took about a week because they also put down primer as well as two coats of paint.

Description of Work: PATCHED AND SANDED DRYWALL AND CEILINGS, THEN APPLIED FINISHED COAT. REMOVED EXISTING WALLPAPER. PREPPED AND PAINTED EXISTING WOOD TRIM. CAULKED, SANDED, FILLED IN NAIL HOLES AND CRACKS, APPLIED TWO COATS OF OIL BASED PAINT, SEMIGLOSS. CAULKED WINDOWS ON THE INTERIOR. PAINTED THE ENTIRE INTERIOR OF HOUSE.
