Very impressed with his crew, services and overall with company, contacted him in late January, he committed me with my schedule, when to give estimate on a Saturday morning, later that evening I had a complete estimate in writing with description of work, I accepted, he indicated as soon as weather got better they would be there to fix. This past weekend we had nice weather, sent me a message night before and his crew was there at 8:00 Saturday morning, set up all his hear repaired took pictures, cleaned up. Its very refreshing to deal with a Company lithe Holda Construction.

Responsive, professional & reasonable. Holda gave me two options on just installing just missing piece or replace the entire upside down "V" so that the color matches. I chose just the missing piece which they did and were quite reasonable compared to others.

I was a little hesitant at first to contact Holda Construction after seeing the large size and scope of the roofing, siding, gutter and downspout work described in their (all excellent!) reviews, given that the only work I needed was the replacement of a few wind-damaged pieces of aluminum fascia. After speaking with Mariucz, both by phone and during his personal visit to provide an estimate, I felt confident that my small job would be handled with the same quality and professionalism of any other Holda Construction project. The day of the repair, the Holda employee arrived exactly as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and professional. The job only took a couple hours and Mariucz arrived as it was being completed. He reviewed the results of the work with me to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I was - 100%. A good contractor is hard to find, so I highly recommend Holda Construction for any job, big or small!

I requested a quote from company. Owner came out to house twice but no quote. He said they would deliver it, but never did. Even after multiple requests and multiple responses saying a quote was in the works. Waste of my time and effort! If he would have just told me he was just not interested in the job, I would have been fine with it and moved on.

While theirs was not the least expensive estimate I received, I was very impressed with Mariusz and his customer service, as well as his honesty; therefore, I chose his company. The gentlemen who completed the work were courteous also and never complained even though they had to work in very muddy conditions. The gutters work as they should and look great, too; hence, I have less mud.

They responded to my initial call quickly, but there was a lag in my email back to them, and when they got back to me. I had a follow up on the second email. They could of done a better job. It took a couple of times for them to answer and come out to do an estimate.

Although there were 6 inches of snow on the roof this did not stop Holda Construction. They shoveled off the snow and immediately started reroofing the house. They used high quality, high definition Timberline HD shingles with a ridge vent, bringing the roof up to code. The additional vents are they added are dark and beautifully blend in with the roof. Their workmanship is above excellent and I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Everything went well. They were a pleasure to work with - very responsive during the proposal phase, punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely consider Holda Construction for future projects.

Mariusz Holda looked at our situation and figured out a creative way to meet our needs. He was prompt, professional and his work grew was too. The price was fair and were happy with the work.

I hired Holda Construction to replace my roof and gutters. Mariusz was very professional and accommodating from our initial contact. He did a nice job of providing us with different options for roof ventilation and brought us different color shingle samples. The day the job started I changed my mind on the roof ventilation we had agreed to install, however he was very open to working with me on the last minute change to ensure I was happy. The workers were on time, did quality work and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

The price is reasonable, but not cheap.

The best experience with a company I've had in a long time. Sonny was very professional and supportive. Sonny and his crew were friendly and their finished work was perfect. I would never call anyone else for fencing. Wish all companies operated like this.

Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Holda Construction to anyone else who needs roofing and exterior work done on their home. Mariusz was very professional and courteous starting when I sent him the first e-mail regarding the work I needed done. He was quick in responding and took the time to explain to me the work which was needed. Dealing with contractors can be stressful but Holda Construction was professional and did not pressure me. When I was told that the workers would be at my home between 7 and 8 AM, they were there promptly at 7AM. Ready to work and get the job done and done right. The end result of the new roof, ventilation system and gutters looked much nicer than I had before. Much more aesthetically pleasing. I received bids from other roofing contractors but am glad I picked Holda Construction to complete the project. You will be satisfied if you use this company.

Allpro just completed removing aluminum siding on my home and replacing it with vinyl siding. From start to finish the work was professional. The workers paid attention to details specific to our needs. I give their work the highest rating.

Excellent. Holda has separate teams of workers for roofing, gutters and trim (siding). Each team arrived as scheduled and was courteous, easy to talk to and efficient in their area of expertise. The business owner, Mariusz was extremely courteous, communicative and available. He showed great concern that the job was done right and I was happy.

I had contacted several local and non local but large companies to replace a large piece of aluminum siding that was missing from our home when we purchased it. Most companies blew off my messages or told me they " only" do full house re-siding jobs. Not only was Holda professional but he offered to meet with me right away after speaking to him ! He was prompt friendly and honest. The job was quoted at a fair price. One company told me a small job is soo expensive due to all the work involved for 1 piece and was going to charge me for the trip to purchase the piece from a warehouse then man hours to bend then hours of labor up to 15 times the cost! Holda was fair and prompt and had it finished that week!! Exceeded my expectations with every step of the process . This is definately the 1st company I will call when I need any siding job in the future. Thank you for not pushing around the small job and taking the time to help us when virtually 15( really) other companies passed us up! The detail work is still holding up perfect and we can't thank him enough!

He came out promptly, spent a long time looking at everything and taking pictures and told me he'd email me an estimate. The estimate never came. I called twice to follow up and he never returned my calls.

Holda Construction did an excellent job replacing my roof, gutters, and downspouts that we needed replaced due to hail storm damage. Mariusz the owner is very hands on and very pleasant to work with. When Mariusz came to my home to ***** the damage, he didn't push the repairs and only suggested and pointed out the work that should be done. After I accepted Holda's proposal, they got to work the very next day. Holda's workers take their time and take pride in their work. My neighbors also noticed the great job the workers did and my new roof looks great. The crew also did an excellent job cleaning up. I only found 2 nails which is hard to believe! As others have pointed out, I didn't have my insurance claim check yet, but Mariusz showed good faith and went forward with the job without the deposit. This is an excellent company and I can recommend them with ease!

Mariusz is a very nice, pleasant gentleman. He is very professional. He always answered the phone and responded within 30 minutes if he had to come to the house. His workers were also very pleasant and the quality of work was just astounding compared to what I had before. I do not know much about siding, but I could tell throughout the whole project just how much better their work was compared to whoever did the house before. We bought a home 5 years ago and the siding was warped, falling in areas, we had bug issues, there where holes leading into the basement, etc. Several neighbors told me that the old siding wasn't even 10 years old (could have been 50 year it was so bad). There was no Tyvek wrap or metal plating/no drainage taken into account around the insulation/wrap. Mariusz and his crew took 4 days as he told me it would and I just love it. His pricing was also reasonable. I am glad I chose him, even y neighbors who said that the work was very high craftsmanship.

Wow, what a great job! Gorgeous work and great understanding of our house's many issues, Mariusz took the time to explain what was going on and how best to solve our gutter dilemma as well as offering several possible solutions. Mariusz's guys came out and worked in the winter, through the weather. We also had to wait to get $ from our loan and he was very understanding. Ultimately, there was additional work that was needed (more rotted sills) but the price ended up being the same as what was quoted originally. Would definitely hire them again.

Mariusz was pleasant to interact with. He responded quickly and easily through use of the Angie's list mobile application. I was able to get a free estimate rapidly, though I was a bit dismayed when no one showed up on our originally agreed upon time. He mentioned that he had just taken a large project and had failed to reschedule with me. I grew concerned that perhaps my project was not large enough. Nonetheless, Mariusz got back in touch with me and reassured me that my project would be completed as rescheduled. On the day of the project, the communication was tight, and the project was completed within one hour. I certainly recommend Holda Construction for siding repair, and will likely use them again when I need to have my cedar siding eventually replaced.
