Mariusz is a very knowledgeable and reasonable contractor and was very pleasant to deal with. We agreed on an affordable price and scheduled immediately for work. Very pleased with the quality of work and had not had any rain issues since!

Good quality of work, done in less time and at less cost than estimate. Very professional, with exception of responsiveness on initial quotation.

Badly. First, I had another contractor come to our home take a look at the condition of our roof after bad storms. This first contractor communicated to my wife and I that our roof needed to be replaced because it was substantially damaged. Then, I had Holda come out and give us an estimate because they were reviewed well on the Angie's list site. Holda said there were no damages in the roof didn’t require repair. Hmm. We thought… that’s strange. I immediately thought that the first contractor was scamming me. But then, I contacted my insurance company, and an adjuster came out to inspect the roof. Lo and behold, the insurance adjuster examine the roof and agreed that it had been substantially damaged and need to be replaced. Keep in mind that the insurance company has an interest in not finding damage. After this happened, I contacted Holda again to inform them of the fact that the insurance adjuster found damage, and I asked them to provide a quote because I just assumed that the estimator they sent to estimate our roof may have been a beginner. When we spoke with them, they communicated to us on the phone that they would NOT send someone to estimate the roof because an estimator had already been there and found no damage. No matter how many times we insisted that the INSURANCE COMPANY ESTIMATOR found damage, they insisted that there was no damage, and they would not visit the property to replace the roof. Our home is over 3000 feet and the project would have been over $15K, but these guys were either incompetent or not bright. What part of the fact that the insurance company found damage didn’t they understand. Well, we simply called their competitor and they found the damage that the insurance company and the other contractor found, and they replaced the roof. Done. They earned 15K of revenue. Either way, I would recommend that customers avoid them like the plague.

This is the second time in 3 years I've used this company and I am simply blown-away at their professionalism, fairness and most of all their INTEGRITY. I have a story to share: While I was inside - Mariusz Holda, the Owner, was on my roof taking measurements and assessing storm damage - and suddenly my doorbell rang. It was Mariusz looking a little pale - I asked what was the matter and he replied: there has been an accident - my tape-measure slid off your roof and onto your son's car roof and there is a small dent. Without hesitation, he apologized and said he would pay for all repairs. I took my car to an auto-body shop the next day and called Mariusz with the amount - close to $700. He was at my home within the hour with a check for same! Need I say any more about his integrity? He is a person/company I trust explicitly - without question! His workmanship parallels his integrity - he is a perfectionist who's quality is unmatched. I was extremely happy with the work and with the professionalism and helpfulness of the workers. The work was very high quality which was what we wanted. They are not the fastest, but they are the best. Also, their expertise on some specific aspects was superior. If you want very high quality work done by highly qualified and helpful people, then this is the company you should choose.

I was pleased with the work and with the estimate for repair. I know it was a small job, but I am so impressed with the integrity of their employees and their work, that I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Mariusz Holda showed up on time for the scheduled estimate but was in a real hurry to be done with us. The worst part is that we never received an estimate for the job. I called a couple of times but gave up on it later. Mr. Holda has amazing reviews and looks his company is doing a great job but our interaction was not very successful. We will not be reaching out to him for other projects around our house.

Not good; it did not go. He never followed through.

All 3 projects went according to plan and price quoted. 1 job required soffit/fascia in addition to gutters. $2700 2 other jobs were just gutter replacement. $1500 each.

Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. Received call 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time that Mariusz would arrive in 40 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes after revised time. Informed him of the need for both quotes and why. He said he'd take a look and be back in a few minutes. I went inside the house to wait. After a few minutes, I saw him head back to his car and drive off. No explanation. I called the next day, leaving a voice message recapping what happened and that if he didn't want the job, he could have let me know before driving off. I did not return any calls after this. Then following Tuesday, I received a quote for the repair, but not for replacement.

Everything went great! Mariusz is a pleasure to work with, and he was ready and able to answer any questions I had. He also suggested possible future projects and their urgency level, cost and maintenance. The quote we received was very detailed and contained everything we had discussed. I would definitely hire again.

Perfect! I wanted quality work and good materials and Holda Construction delivered! They were thorough, professional and kept a very clean work site. They used a high quality ice and water barriers so there will be no leaks down the road and replaced all plumbing vent flashings for maximum protection. Magnetic debris clean up at the end too, so no random nails were left over. I highly recommend Holda Construction.

We had high hopes contracting with someone with such high ratings on Angies List. We used a painter from Angies List before and were extremely satisfied with the job he did.

We called once and left a message. We never received a call back so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (due to the great reviews). We spoke to Mariusz Holda when we called back and he was very apologetic. He then spoke to my husband, made a date to show up at our house today (5/2/17) between 9-9:30am. Unfortunately, Mr. Holda was a no show with no phone call. Such great reviews on Angie's list. It's a shame.

We were very happy with how the new gutters turned out. Mariusz responded so quickly to my phone call and came the next day for an estimate. It was very fair compared to the other estimates we had. They started work the next day, and left everything clean and tidy. They are an honest and reliable company that we will use for other projects like our roof and windows.

A+. Prompt in showing up to assess the job. Crew scheduled for next day, and showed up on time. Took less time than anticipated. Marius was able to return the unused material. Job was done perfectly. I own a number of commercial properties and have told Marius I intend to use him again. Don't hesitate to call this outfit.

It took some time for us to coordinate our schedules but the job got done. I am happy with the work; chimney no longer leaks and missing shingles were replaced. The roofer was professional and took the time to show me what repairs he had made. It rained during the repair and I was able to see the chimney was no longer leaking.

I'm very pleased with Mariusz' professionalism, courtesy, and promptness. The work was done on time, and the roof looks great. He took photos along the way and showed me what they'd done. Later, I was given another estimate from another company, which matched Holda's estimate exactly. So I'm comfortable what I paid was reasonable. Would certainly recommend. The crew cleaned up well - almost no debris around the house and in my landscaping beds. Thanks!

I am so pleased with the work. I was able to reach them on the phone on my first try, sent pictures of the damage via e-mail, and received a verbal quote over the phone within minutes. They were able to perform the work within 2 days. Their professionalism, quality and craftsmanship is excellent!

It was top notch from the phone call to the completion of the work. Mariusz was very pleasant on the phone and in person. He was on time & delivered quotes for the work in a very timely manner. When his team performed the repair and installed new gutters/downspouts, he texted me pictures of the work in progress & when completed. The quality of their work is superior. Perfect, they were so helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person. The work was nicely done, they even added some trim where the awning was removed because it was dirty and wouldn't come clean.

If Holda could be a painter he would be a Michaelangelo. He performs well walk throughs beginning, during and end of project. He's very experienced and speaks with confidence. I would definitely use him again for future projects, and will refer to family and friends.
