Maruisz was very prompt in returning our initial call, giving the quote, and starting the job. He was thorough and professional in preparing the quote and answered all of our questions. His crew completed the fascia and soffit in one day (the hottest day of Sept.) and left the property clean! We asked that the gutters be installed at the end of the week, and they accommodated our request. After our inspection of the gutters, we found that a few touch ups were needed. Maruisz came out and went over all of our concerns on a Saturday. All of the concerns were fixed soon after his inspection. We are very pleased with the workmanship and professional mannerisms of Maruisz and Holda Construction. In fact, we are going to use them to install our new windows! Honest and caring person!!!

Excellent service! I called Holda Construction on Saturday morning for a quote and was pleasantly surprised when a live person answered. After a brief description of the project Mr. Holda scheduled an estimate for 3:00pm the same day. He advised me that he might be running late and would call around 2:00 if he was. True to his word he called around 2:00 and rescheduled for 5:00pm the same day. I REALLY appreciated the update because it allowed me to plan my day accordingly. Mr. Holda arrived around 5:00, surveyed the project and gave me a quote on the spot. I had already checked pricing with another contractor so we shook hands and I received a contract in my e-mail later that night. 2 days later the Holda Construction crew arrived and installed my gutters in an hour! The crew was polite, did a good job and cleaned up their mess. Amazing! I have more work for Holda Construction in the spring.

Mariusz is very professional and personable. He came over and explained the work to be performed and the cost. Ten days later his crew installed our new gutters and downspouts. It took them only about an hour. The work is perfect. I'm very happy with this company.

Our experience with them was fine. We didn’t use them. The provider that we chose had little more inclusive functionality. They were very professional and very prompt to come and provide information. They were very punctual.

Crew of two arrived on time, and Mariusz phoned in advance to let us know they were on their way. We've had issues with leakage of cold air into the basement during winter, and occasionally small animals (mice) getting into our crawl space, so we know there were some gaps. The crew removed the bottom panels of our existing vinyl siding, and added flashing and - in some spots - foam insulation if there were larger gaps. They then replaced the siding. They also replaced a piece of aluminum fascia that had blown off in a storm. Crew worked very efficiently, and sealed up things very nicely. We can no longer feel gaps when reaching under the bottom siding strip - so we think this will help greatly keeping critters, and cold air, out. Very happy with the results, and they finished quicker than we expected.

The entire process went very well. The bid was prepared professionally and done the same day as the visit to measure. The price was very competitive (we obtained 3 bids). The work crew arrived promptly every morning, cleaned up at the end of each day. They stayed on schedule (worked 2 Saturday mornings ) to meet our timeframe. The crew was friendly and answered questions when asked. The crew chief made sure we were kept informed of all issues (rotted wood) and nothing was a surprise. I would highly recommend Holda Construction for siding and gutters.

We are very happy with the new gutter and downspout. The men who did the installation not only did their job, but helped us by changing the floodlight bulbs on the corners of our house. They cleaned up all of the old gutter. Mariusz came by to inspect their work. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of gutters or their other services.

These men are excellent if you are looking for skilled workers look no further, they are on time, they work hard, they work smart and know what they are doing. I can say that from the very beginning to the very end I was so happy with these men. I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments I have received from my neighbors all asking who did it. You will not be disappointed

I called Holda Construction after seeing their rating on Angie's List. Mariusz, the owner stopped by that afternoon. Very friendly, and professional. I could tell immediately that he was in the business to be the best provider of these services. He evaluated my home over the next hour, developed a proposal ,and we scheduled the gutter replacement one week later. Holda showed up on time the following week and within a day installed my new system in an efficient manner. He cleaned the yard and left no footprints on my property even though we had received heavy rains the previous day. A great job. I highly recommend their services.

I used Holda Construction for a very big job in Oct/Nov of 2011. The entire team, from Mariusz Holda the owner , to the 'crew,' is very thorough, Honest, and professional. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work completed thus far. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is remarkable. I am glad I went with Holda for this job as it was a huge decision and investment for us. Price wise I found them to be comparable to the current market for the most part. Quality of work performed by the crew - priceless. Any issues or concerns Mariusz or is readily available, despite the distance, which for me is very important. My neighbor recently used a large company who is known for knocking on peoples doors. There is no comparison to the quality of the work/ and product that Holda put on my house. This was one of those rare times when you deal with a contractor and it all goes right from start to finish! Mariusz Holda came out to give me an estimate on the work, and I could tell right away that he knew his stuff. He was able to answer every question, and had some great ideas for dealing with problem areas where irregular shaped stones abutted the new aluminum. I showed him a photo of a neighbor's home that had some features I wanted to include, and he made it happen. Three other companies sent out estimators. One was a sleazy stormchaser who tried to convince me to claim my roof and entire house siding as a hail damage victim, then refused to give me a written estimate when he found out it was going to be a small job. The other two sent out marketing guys who didn't have any idea what was going on and inspired zero confidence that the job would be completed in a workmanlike manner. Mariusz Holda was able to give me a professionally prepared estimate. He includes photographs on the sheet, with captions that explain exactly what he will be doing. His proposal was easy to understand and very complete. I did call him with a question, and changed my mind about the scope of the work and he was very quick to respond with a new proposal, which I signed. He knew that I was hoping to complete the job quickly, so that I could list my home for sale. About three weeks later, his crew arrived to do the work. They were polite and professional, and very hard working. The work was done over the course of two days (it rained a lot or it would have been done in one day.) Cleanup was very complete. No scraps in the lawn, no nails on the driveway. The workmanship was excellent. Holda even included a little extra aluminum cladding at no charge to improve the look of the job, which I really appreciated. The colors of the vinyl and aluminum were true to the samples, and they were a great match for my 15 year old vinyl and aluminum. I feel that I got more than my money's worth. Mariusz took charge of this small job and treated me like I was spending ten times the money. While talking with him, he said that sometimes people may be a bit put off by his accent, but I found him to be very articulate and easily understandable. There is that indefinable trust factor that either exists or does not, and I trusted Holda Construction from the very first meeting. Good people to work with, very honest, and they really know their stuff. They gave me peace of mind, which is priceless! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

responded to my initial phone call the same day....came out and gave me a written estimate with pictures and contract....when windows came in scheduled appointment convenient for me....all the work plus clean up was done in ONE day!

This was probably the best experience we ever had with a contractor. From the beginning, Mariusz Holda was very professional and provided a very fair estimate. He took the time to accurately measure everything and even included "before" pictures of our house which he presented to us in a folder along with product and color brochures. Mariusz made sure he was there when the insurance adjuster came out to evaluate the hail damage to answer any questions and make sure all the damage was taken into consideration. He even followed up with my insurance company when he discovered the adjuster had miscalculated the measurements on the claim. When the weather finally cooperated, Mariusz sent his team out on a Monday afternoon to begin the job and they finished the job on Thursday of the same week. The team did an excellent job, which included cleaning up before they left each day. They cooperated by taking an early break when I needed 1/2 hour of quiet for a business call and by working out front when I needed to let our 2 dogs out back. The end result is a beautiful new exterior! I highly recommend Holda Construction. If you are looking for a professional contractor who does excellent work for a fair price - give them a call.
