The work was done quickly and well. There was a bit of uncomfortable confusion when Craig said that he'd forgotten to include a couple of items in the pricing of our quote. We paid the additional cost of one item, but Craig absorbed the cost of the other, because he said he wanted us to be completely happy about the job. The crew were polite, tidy, and hard-working.

At the outset, we felt at ease with Craig as he introduced his company, the window product they use and their overall approach. We thought he was genuinely knowledgeable and interested in doing the right thing for his clients. So much so, that after he heard us out and examined the windows in one part of the house, he did not hesitate to tell us that replacing windows did not make sense to him given the fact that we were anticipating selling the house to downsize. Instead, he recommended that we look to fix those windows that needed fixing rather than replacing them. He talked us out of an expensive project and gave us options that were reasonable for our current situation. We were very impressed with his honesty and concern for us, even if it meant a lost sale for him. We know that we will engage Craig's company when the time comes to put windows at our next home.

Craig Grossman really went the extra mile to make sure we understood and were happy with all aspects of the job. During the bidding process, Craig had come out a number of times as we were evaluating many different contractors and without a doubt, Craig is the one that stood out because he really wanted to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. The entire process took longer than usual as we analyzed all of our options and did online research, but Craig was patient with us and was able to answer all of our questions, even calling the vendor to verify information on new sliding doors that we were interested in. Craig is now our go to man for all window and siding needs for all of our friends and family, there really is no doubt in my mind that he is the best in the area. The information he provides along with his product is great and he honestly is a good guy, he even got along with our over rambunctious German Sheppard, who usually just scares off new visitors.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with CHI. We contacted this company, because of all the great reviews on this web site and we were not disappointed. From the very beginning, Craig took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. We never felt pressured to rush into a contract. He explained the benefits of Alside siding and covered all the details of the installation. He also, brought over samples of the windows, so we could see the difference with the Alside Low-E glass. The actual installation of the siding and windows was excellent as well. They finished in 4 days and were great about cleaning up after each work day. Craig also stopped by often during the installation, as he said he would. The house looks great and we have gotten compliments from all the neighbors. I recommend CHI to anyone looking for new siding or windows. Craig also had treats for our dog, which she appreciated very much.

The work was performed as agreed upon and started and completed on time. The installers were professional and cleaned up after each days work. The finished job is excellent.

Craig answered my message promptly, followed up readily with estimates. He was very reasonable with his prices and was able to explain the specific selection of siding along with the advantages and disadvantages. It was an extremely difficult decision between Craig and another company. If I could have had 1/2 my house done by Craig and the other by another company I would. Again Craig would be invited to quote on any other projects we consider.

Craig inidcated that as opposed to replacing the windows, I should investigate companies that replaced the glass only. He went on to state that wood windows are expensive and not energy efficient. Further, that if I replaced some, that the prespective buyer/inspector would visually see the differance compared to the rest of the house and send up a red flag as it relates to the other windows. Yes, replacing the glass (even though he does not do it) is the better and more cost effective option. Finally, he went on to note, if I could not find this type of company, to call him back and he would help me find one. Craig definately had my interest and my wallet at heart when talking to me.

Craig was really professional. He called from out of town to let us know he had received our call and let us know when he would get back to us. He called back when he said he would. He came out and gave an amazing demonstration about Alside windows. It's clear he really believes in his product. He did a thorough job in looking at the windows and pointed out that one large picture window needed to be made with safety glass and that two other windows were probably undersized in the openings. He did a truly great job in selling us on using Alside windows. Unfortunately, we had a quote from another Alside representative who came in $500 cheaper and who's business is closer to where we live. I would not hesitate to recommend Craig, even though I didn't end up hiring him. His professionalism and enthusiasm are very evident.

Craig Grossman responded within hours of our initial call. On the scheduled appt. date he was prompt, prepared, and enthusiastic about. He was always available for our many questions throughout the process. When the windows arrived, Craig was very flexible in accommodating our busy schedule. The window installation was excellent. Andre and his partner were very professional, always on time, and very polite. The work began and ended on schedule, and the results are fantastic. Additionally, the crew spent several hours cleaning our yard and picking up all loose debris. Craig stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was more than acceptable to us. We hired Craig even though we had other quotes that were comparable. I have never been more satisfied about any work I have had done be it car, house, you name it, as I was and still am with the work Creative Horizons did with the installation of the windows. In the future we would not hesitate to hire Craig and Co. again!

Craig Grossman responded promptly to my initial inquiry and spent a fair amount of time analyzing my problem and making suggestions for the best approach to their repair. Several of the options were more expensive, but I never got the impression he was promoting them and we both agreed that the least expensive approach was the best way to go. His workmen were timely, courteous and professional and we were satisfied with the final product when they were done. I regret that I did not contact Craig before we installed new windows in our home and would recommend him highly to anyone with a window repair or replacement job.

They did and excellent job. Others were telling me to remove the original sideboards but Craig explained this wasn't necessary and saved me over $6,000. Craig was very detailed in explaining the job and always got back to me very promptly. He recommended a quality product and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job.

I've never been a more satisfied customer of any work done on my house as I've been with Creative Horizons. Craig really demonstrates his appreciation of doing business with you. From explaining everything about the product & process, he always kept the line of communication open. The quality of the work was done exactly when and for the amount of time we were told it would be. And we love the windows. I just wish I knew of him 7 years ago when we replaced the windows downstairs. I'd recommend him to anyone. I like that the co. is small, yet established, with excellent testimonials which I now 'echo'. Craig is a very honest, caring businessman & I had total faith in everything about him. Craig will bend over backwards to make you happy. Don't even hesitate, just hire him!

The windows came in earlier, than we had expected and he was flexible in accommodating our time frame. The installation was excellent. Craig and the installer arrived at the scheduled time. The installer completed the work in one day. Craig stopped by again in the afternoon. The old windows were hauled away by the installer. Afterward, Craig checked in to make sure everything was acceptable to us. We are very pleased with our new windows and would definitely hire Craig again!

Craig Grossman showed up on time to provide us with a quote and product demonstration. He returned to get an accurate measurement of the windows after we indicated we wanted to purchase from his company. The workers arrived on time and installed 10 windows. In addition, to accommodate a unique situation, Craig returned himself the following Saturday to complete a part of the job we asked him to delay. Craig went out of his way to accommodate us and the level of service we received far exceeded our expectations. CHI was not the cheapest window quote we received, however his attention to detail and the high level of service provided was worth the few extra dollars we had to spend. I would highly recommend Creative Horizons for windows.

It was a pleasure to work with Craig from start to finish. He always came by or called when he said he would, and made some really great suggestions when he came by to do the estimate which the other companies we considered did not do. He scheduled the work around our vacation plans, which we appreciated a great deal, and kept us up to date on the exact start date. The crew doing the work was very professional, did fantastic work, were on time, and very polite, and Craig was on site periodically to make sure we were happy with the work. The work began and ended on schedule, and the results are fantastic. The siding was installed over existing wood siding, that was in very bad condition (cosmetically) and parts of the soffit/fascia boards were rotting. The difference is really night and day, and we do not feel we would have received the same quality and consideration from another company. We could not recommend Craig and his crew any more highly.

Very fair price, high quality product, ease of installation -- is there any more to say? Well, yes, quite a bit. From the very beginning, my husband and I knew we were in the hands of a professional. After our phone call Craig got back to us within a day, and after the initial measuring gave us the estimate within two days. We had two previous bids, and Craig's was quite competitive. In addition, he gave us a much more detailed explanation of the characteristics of his product. He explained features and made design recommendations that the other companies hadn't even bothered with. The installers were highly professional, polite, and unobtrusive. The work was done before the original deadline. In addition, Craig went beyond the call of duty in terms of troubleshooting some items that came up with the doors from the big box company, which were not even his product. I recommend Creative Horizons without qualification.

Craig explained the pro's and con's of various window types and was truly passionate both about the product quality as well as the service his company provides. It would have been difficult to say no. His quote was very price competitive, not the cheapest, but we knew more about the value based on our discussions with him. Work has not yet been completed, but timing estimate is 3 weeks + 2 days after they come over to measure. I have high expectations for this company.

We had a great experience with CHI! Craig is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with! His prices were in line with the other companies we had gotten quotes from. He took the time to explain why he chooses to sell only Alside products, making us feel very comfortable about our investment. He also took care of many details we had not thought about, such as the capping and the downspouts, and there were no hidden charges. The installation happened during the day and they finished in only two days with a beautiful result! While definitely thorough in his presentation and follow up, the work is wonderful and we would definitely recommend Craig's work.

Before hiring CHI, I researched seven companies and found Craig's co. and his high standards to be the best. Craig quoted me a very fair price for all of the work. In fact he forgot to add the labor in for installing the windows and said that he will still stick to the original price that he quoted me. He was always early for appointments and was prompt in returning phone calls. His crew was polite and professional. They are very skilled craftsmen. They were nice when we requested a task. Craig was very professional and very honest with us. He gave good suggestions on material to use and why. He gave us suggestions on what to do with the garage and vents on the house. Craig checked on his crew everyday and kept us informed of any problems that the needed to resolved. For example, Alside short-shipped the octagon vents so he had Oak go to Alside and pick up the vents. I will diffidently hire Creative Horizons again and I will highly recommend them to friends and everyone that I talk to.

Everything about dealing with this company was a pleasure. They did absolutely everything the right way, and even went above and beyond in some respects. The price was competitive, the service was excellent, and the work was outstanding. We could always expect an honest answer to our questions, and we were happy to find that they were more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy with the end product. Our original boards above our garage were warped and crooked. When we saw the new fascia, we were disappointed to see that it, too looked crooked. When we brought this to their attention, they did everything they could to even out the problem area, and the end result looks great. We knew from the beginning that the owner was open to comments and questions, so we never hesitated to voice our concerns. This is one of those companies where a grade of ''A'' just isn't high enough!

Craig is a wonderful person to work with. He's the owner and the only person I dealt with. Craig will install any brand of windows you want but he's an Alside dealer and was very excited about the Alside windows and siding. His enthusiasm for the products is demonstrated by the amount of knowledge and confidence he has for the Alside windows and siding. The sales portion of his visit was not high pressure and in fact, he would not sign a contract during his first visit. Craig's installation team did a wonderful job and was able to keep the work area clean and neat. On the very last day, the crew spent several hours cleaning the yard and picked up all loose debris. I hired Craig even though I had other quotes that were slightly lower or about the same. But I knew that Craig used the best materials and installation techniques so I had the peace of mind knowing that the work was going to be high quality which was the most important factor. Thanks Craig!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE PRODUCT IS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. CRAIG EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN GREAT DETAIL. INSTALLERS ARE ALSO VERY NEAT AND DO A GOOD JOB. WE MOVED AFTER GETTING THIS JOB DONE. WE WILL BE GETTING SOME WINDOWS WITH THEM IN OUR NEW PLACE.

Best window company out there. Responsive, detailed, professional management that takes pride in their work. Installers work quickly, quietly, and could not possibly do a better job. I have never seen aluminum work done as well as the job they did on my project.

CRAIG CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND GAVE US HIS HONEST OPINION ABOUT A PIECE OF SIDING THAT BLEW OFF OUR HOUSE. INSTEAD OF SELLING US ALL NEW SIDING, WHICH WE WERE READY TO PAY FOR, HE RECOMMENDED THAT WE SIMPLY FIX THE PIECE SINCE WE STILL HAD IT. WE WERE THINKING NEW SIDING WOULD HELP WITH ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND HE TOLD US THAT WINDOWS, FOR EXAMPLE, WOULD HELP MORE WITH THAT.
