We were in great need of new windows, but feared taking on this project not wanting to deal with product selection, job mess, financial outlay, people in the house, etc. We are happy to report our experience with Creative Horizons was A+ and wish we would have pursued it years ago. We did the basic homework evaluating window brands and what features to look for. We knew Creative Horizons worked with Alside windows and that consumer reports rated the Ultra Max series of windows as well. Craig really sold the product. When you meet him, let him go through the "education" of the product as it will secure your decision. There is a lot behind what these windows have to offer. Price and value for the product was reasonable. We expected to pay more for the job. Equally important to the type of window you select is the service you receive. Craig consistently over delivered on a multitude of dimensions. Enthusiasm and conviction behind the product he sells. Responsiveness. Our first call to his company was on a Wednesday. Craig was over by Saturday and contracts were signed shortly after that. The process went faster than we expected. Works well on e-mail (as well as phone). Minor details of the project were discussed in a very timely manner. On time. We were never kept waiting for anything. Truthful about aspects of the job (expected length, special aspects to be aware of, etc.). Very personable. Sought feedback throughout the entire process with our 100% satisfaction as the end in mind. The lead installer, Andrei, was on time on all occasions. Professional, hard working, careful and respective of our home, inside and outside. High quality work. Clean up along the way and after the job. In closing, I want to say our home looks absolutely beautiful with the new windows. We are looking forward to their functional benefits as well. Keeping the house cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter. Neighbors have stopped by with favorable comments and to ask about Creative Horizons. All I can say is do not hesitate with a decision to move forward with this company. The overall experience and end result exceeded our expectations.

All work was done in one day. The crew arrived at 8:15 AM and was totally finished by 5:00 PM the same day. It was a hot, humid day, but that did not deter the crew. They worked hard and systematically to get the old windows removed, the new ones installed and then make sure they left the grounds in the same condition in which they found them. They really did a quality job. We are very happy with our new windows, especially with the reduction in noise from the nearby expressway. We decided to go with Craig Grossman and Creative Interiors based on several factors. Throughout the entire process, beginning with the window demonstration through the installation process Craig remained punctual, informative, concerned and honest. We can say with confidence that we made the right decision in selecting Craig to do our windows. We got quotes from about ten companies and some of them did not adequately describe their windows or the replacement process. With Craig we knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. I had a very lengthy and informative conversation with Craig Grossman. He asked a lot of questions, from which he was able to determine that my issues were likely more extensive than just replacing some siding. When it became clear that this wasn't the type of work he could undertake, Craig spent lots of time walking me through how best to handle the problem, and how to ensure the solution would be both cost-effective and timely. Craig Grossman is the President of Creative Horizons International. We contacted him in regards to replacement windows after reading all the excellent reports he received from Angie's List. He went over every detail about his product (Alside), his company, and replacement windows. We appreciated all the information he shared with us because he was the first company we called to get an estimate. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We received an estimate from him a day later and he supplied us with a list of window replacement jobs his company did so we could go see how his windows did look. There was never any pressure from him to make a commitment. He deserves all the positive reports he has received on Angie's List. We decided not to go with Craig because we were looking for a certain exterior color Alside did not provide. I would recommend Craig to anyone looking for replacement windows.

I really liked Craig. He was very honest with me about my situation, more than willing to come out knowing that he may not make any money off the visit, and didn't even try to get me to have all my windows replaced! However, when we DO need to have our windows replaced, Creative Horizons Home will be my first call!

They did an outstanding job on our house. We had a very good experience from start to finish. First of all, Craig is very knowledge about siding and would not even let us consider low grade siding. We are so glad, as all of our neighbors have commented on how our house looks brand new plus more importantly it is more energy efficient. We have all new insulation were they taped all of the seams to create no air barriers and used no caulking at all for the siding. Andre' and his team were very hard workers. For example, they showed up on a Sat morning (8 am) and the temp must have been 10 degrees with 6 inches of snow on the ground. Yet, they worked all day! I loved the way they paid attention to detail. We would definitely use Craig again, as we were equally as happy with the siding as we were when he did our replacement windows. If you are looking for a good contractor that is very knowledgeable and consistently does what he says, then Craig is your guy!

Craig is exceptionally attentive to his customers. His approach was in sharp contrast to other vendors who were barely at my house for more than 10 minutes. He spent many hours with me during the pre/post-installation processes. The most important thing though was how he handled issues that came up. One of the windows was broken when taken out of its packaging the day of the installation and had to be initially installed broken. The product was designed intelligently so that the broken "sash" was replaced easily by Craig at a later date at my convenience. Additionally another window was not locking easily so rather than hassle me further Craig arranged to have both the top and bottom sash replaced. No fooling around. I did not have to plead my case and follow up a dozen times. I chose CH based on indications of the quality and integrity of the co. and was not disappointed. I was scared to do this work due to bad prior experiences. I wish all vendors were so trustworthy!

Craig arrived on time for his appointment. He brought samples of the windows: Materials, glass and gave me a thorough explanation of the mechanics, design and also an overview of the installation process. I was very concerned about potential damage to the interior of my Victorian House. I wanted an installation from the outside with minimal potential damage to the original inside mouldings and trim. Since my original oak windows were over 100 years old, I was very concerned about their removal. After Craig's initial visit, measurements and quote, we agreed to move forward. He then had his full 3 man crew come out to review the job and remeasure. During this remeasure these craftsmen observed that some of my windows, due to the age of the building would have to be installed differently than a typical replacement window and would require more labor. Craig said not to worry, he would cover the additional cost. The experience was beyond anything I could have anticipated. BRAVO !!!!!

I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the work. Craig Grossman was very helpful and attentive the entire time. From the start, Craig let me know he dealt with only one company and their top products. I checked out the company on the Web, and felt comfortable with the information. Craig explained the differences between his windows and others, and the differences between the insulation and siding from Alside and other products. We were given a start date of early Nov., happily, work actually began Oct. 29 and was finished on Nov, 2. Craig was in touch with me regularly during the installation time. He made sure I had no questions left unanswered. Andrej, the project supervisor, is extremely conscientious, and the installation team worked from 8:30 am until dark each day. Clean-up was done each day, and on Halloween the team made sure there was nothing in the way of the trick-or-treaters. Craig even replaced my broken doorbell. When the village inspector came, he stated that the work was very well done. I'm extremely pleased with my beautiful, warmer "new" house. It was worth every dollar.

The owner was very attentive while letting us know when his guys would be there and checking to see that the job was going well. They did excellent work. I can't find anything I don't like about the work they did.

From the initial call to the pick up of payment all went well.

Craig met with us at our home to see the current state of our existing windows and recommend replacements. He is very knowledgeable about windows and gave us a thorough education as we were very unsure about vinyl windows. After Craig's 2 plus hour demonstration, we were convinced that Alside windows were the best product for us. We received quotes from 3 other companies. CHI's was not the cheapest but we felt confident in the quality of service and product. We placed our order with Craig and set a tentative date for the crew to begin working. First and foremost, Craig exceeds expectations. We can't stress that enough. He told us he would begin working on the windows in early November, only to give us a call at the end of October to inform us that they would begin working the following day. His crew worked extremely hard and did an excellent job of installing the windows in only one day! We are thrilled with our new windows and can't believe what a difference they make!

We had used Craig before and had been very satisfied with his work capping all of our windows. Unfortunately, we had a continuing water problem on one side of the house unrelated to his work and decided to bite the bullet and reside our large home. Craig worked in a pleasant manner to help us decide the best course of action to address our water issues. Because of the size of the project and the lateness of the season he was understandably anxious to begin work as promptly as possible but remained patient with us as we struggled with our color choice. Once decided he move quickly to get the work started and his expert crew remained on the job until it was completed two weeks later. Craig checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we remained satisfied throughout and completed the job on time and based on his original proposed price in spite of the need to order much more material than originally planned. All debris were removed from the site. We are very satisfied customers.

Craig Grossman called to say he was delayed an hour. That was the first good sign. He gave great technical help compared to the competition and didn't over sell. His workers worked hard, were punctual, friendly and did beautiful work. Craig showed up daily to see that all was going well and that I was satisfied.

Went onto Angie's List and picked out two Window companies: Creative Horizons and another company. The other company was the one that had the most positive reviews and received lots of awards as well. The other company's quote was about $16500 just for the windows (no doors). Then, came Mr. Grossman. We met at our house at 6:00pm after I got off work since Craig's time was very flexible. We talked for like two hours. One of the reason is the guy can really talk, but that's not the only reason. Craig spends time and tries to understand his customer's situation and needs so he can serve them better. He was passionate about what he do. I was very impressed by his attention to details and knowledge of different regulations. The communication was excellent through out the entire project. Everything went very smooth because Craig was on top of everything. I didn't have to call him single time, he always called me first. This is the best customer service I received from anyone ever. A++++++.

Craig Grossman and his crew did a beautiful job of installing our new front door. Craig measured for the door and gave us brand recommendations. He ordered the wood-look and stained glass door we selected and had it delivered to our home where his crew installed it flawlessly. We have had many compliments from friends and neighbors. We would highly recommend CHI to anyone looking for a door installation. Craig is very responsive to phone calls and it was pleasure being one of his customers.

Craig Grossman of CHI won our trust with his many years of experience and his expressed commitment to do each job right regardless of the extra time it might take. The metal window frames in our home were embedded in the concrete block walls and had to be sawed out. Also, we had water damage on the sills and walls inside each window as the old windows never fully closed. Craig's crew installed insulated windows and custom-built wooden frames inside each window. The new windows look amazing both inside and out! His crew was hard working, polite and cleaned up all of the debris. Craig checked in with us daily to update the progress as we were at work while most of the installation was being done. Craig Grossman of CHI won our trust with his commitment to doing the highest quality work as well as his previous experience installing vinyl siding over concrete block. His attention to detail and the extra efforts he made to solve the "problem areas" of the exterior our 70 year-old home resulted in a beautiful siding job. For example, we had a bowed roof overhang on one side of our enclosed back porch. At no additional cost, the crew replaced the bowed wood before they installed the trim. Our older home now looks like a new house and we have had many compliments from friends and neighbors. We would highly recommend CHI to anyone looking for an outstanding siding installation.

Craig was patient & easy to work with in understanding our circumstances of meeting association by-laws -- he is the opposite of your typical high-pressure salesman and seems most concerned with getting the job done right. Creative Horizons is not a big-box company that slams jobs through the mill -- bear in mind that sometimes Craig can't pinpoint an exact installation date until a few days before the product has been delivered and the crew that Craig has slated for your project is available. (As you might imagine, weather plays a major role in any window installation.) Craig and his crew were polite, professional, trustworthy, talented and respectful of our property and wishes. We had a tough installation in which Craig personally made himself present and accountable, and we have little doubt that he did his utmost to help us. There were some factory issues unrelated to installation which Craig resolved with the manufacturer. He continued to follow up with us to ensure satisfaction.
