+ -1 moreBattery was replaced and they have a 6 mo warranty on batteries. So far works well and as expected. Old battery wouldn't hold a charge. For the 2nd phone they said that the microphone and ear holes were very dirty and the devices were not aligned with the holes. This was an old phone I bought from work so it probably spent a lot of time in a pocket and picked up lint. Also could have been dropped. I appreciated that they didn't immediately try to sell something but tried the less expensive option of simply cleaning the phone and re-aligning things first.
Description of Work: Brought in 2 iPhone 6 cell phones. One needed a new battery and the other was having problems with the microphone and ear speaker.
