Sales representative approached me as I entered the warehouse and explained that I could choose from any of the available remnants and that they would cut and bind the remnant if required. There were hundreds of remnants to choose from in the warehouse. The aisles were numbered to help you to remember where the rug you liked was located. I chose a remnant and they bound the edges, the finished product was ready less than 24 hours later. Finished rug was picked up at the time promised. It is a really nice rug, binding looks good and the price was less than I have paid in the past with other retailers.
Description of Work: Purchased a 9x12 area rug. Olympia Carpet bound the edges of the rug.
