Ross called back within 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the same week at my convenience. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He was on time both time he had to be in my home. I had my results in my email within a few hours of him picking up the sensors. I truly appreciate his time and explanations. I would definitely recommend Ross and Boomtown Radon Testing without hesitation.
