The project went very well. Don demolished and removed the old material in a single day and was very flexible about completing work as new materials arrived. He subcontracted the plumbing work, which was done quickly and well. He used plastic sheeting to separate ongoing work areas from other parts of the house, so that dust would be minimized. He placed drop cloths on items in or near the work area that might otherwise have become dusty. He was careful to clean up the site every day before leaving. Although Don offered to provide a fixed bid, we opted for a time and materials approach. The rates were very reasonable and Don was conscientious about working efficiently and only billing for time required. He provided receipts for all materials that he supplied. All in all, for a medium sized project, the work was excellent and done in a timely and organized manner.
