Excellent. The owner Tom fielded our calls both times we used his service, and also was the one to treat our house. Always on time and answers or returns calls quickly. Tom is extremely knowledgable and gives you the education you need about common house pests. Tom treated our new home for mice over a year ago and we have not seen one since. Since he came out recently, the spider population is nonexistent and the bees are gone. Tom is courteous, efficient, and just a really nice intelligent man that you feel comfortable having in your home. He also covered his shoes, without us having to ask, and is very considerate and clean around your home. Tom's careful not to use too much pesticide (we are always concerned about this and years ago experienced services that doused our home and belongings without a care). He was also and was very patient and informative with our questions. Wish I could give him an A + and have other service providers like him. Pricing was great too compared to other local companies.

We have used Best Pest Control in the past and were very pleased so I immediately called Tom when we saw mouse droppings in one of our kitchen drawers. I was very surprised as we have never had a mouse problem and we lived in our home for 29 years. Tom came out and surveyed the outside of the house to see where the mice might be entering. He found the entrance and placed a cap over the area. Then he came in the house and put traps and poison where he thought the mice were. He told me to leave the traps and poison for about 10 days. At the end of that time we found two little mice in the traps. That was the end of the problem. Tom is very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend Best Pest Control very highly.

Tom had to come and treat our home a total of three times. He always came the exact time he promised. I felt very comfortable working with him. He worked very hard while he was at our home spending up to 5 hours at one time. He monitored the infestation which made me feel more at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of pest control.
