The cost listed represents Sally's retainer for services, not the entire cost of the renovation. We spent approx $30K, which included all materials, and labor. Our bathroom is 13 x 15. (We used Calcutta marble counters, a freestanding jetted tub, large shower, Grohe fixtures, restoration hardware lighting and hardware, etc) The entire job had no major issues. All the cabinets and fixtures were staged before the project began to minimize the bathroom downtime. Before the construction started, we found a marble mosaic tile pattern for the accent walls, which I fell in love with, but we found out it was no longer available. Using a local source, Sally was able to have the mosaic replicated. It turned out great! I also shopped around for bathroom fixtures to ensure I was getting good prices. I found her prices to be very good.

Our home is 21 years old. We replaced every component of the master bathroom. This included expanding the shower and replacing a large whirlpool tub with a free standing tub. Sally has great resources. We installed marble counters and a custom mosaic wall tile. She managed the contractor I hired to do the work. She worked with me to pick out everything. She has a great eye for color and design. In addition she is very patient.
