They arrived on time for the date scheduled to quote the job. The job was being tied into a kitchen remodel and they quoted the service upgrade separate (per my request) from the kitchen electrical portion so I could compare other service providers. Their price was the best I received so we scheduled the job for the service upgrade and hired them to also do the kitchen electrical. I asked them to do the service panel upgrade before the kitchen started. They arrived on time on the day scheduled, were very professional, neat, worked quickly without taking leaving the job site for the day, and cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. They provided valuable insight into the kitchen remodel and added 4 circuits to the kitchen. Dishwasher, disposal, new LED lights and refrigerator were all put on new circuits. Village inspector wanted one of the circuits added for the disposal and they complied with the inspectors requirement. Will hire this vendor to upgrade my house as this job was done at my mother-in-laws but was hired by me.

I called the 24/7 help line. Within two hours a technician was on site. He checked the panel and did some troubleshooting. The problem was a faulty extension which was shorting a circuit. Total time on site was about one hour. Very prompt and professional.

It went very well. I hired Marty becaue he was recommended by a friend. I have an old house with outdated, complex wiring and a number of saftey hazards. We agreed up front to do it on a T&M basis and he hustled to get as much done as he could and come within budget. He systemically went through the house fixing problems and simplifying my electrical system. I would hire him again given the chance.
