It was fine. They sent two young men and they were very polite and they did all the lifting. It was a little more expensive then we imagined but it was very professionally done.

I thought they did a fine job. Everything that they needed to take was already out and accessible, but we were happy with what they did and would recommend them to anyone.

Two guys came and completed a very dirty job, hauling away construction material on a rainy day. They worked hard and my only problem was that the dumpster wasn't bigger, so they weren't able to take everything, but they got 95% of it. I would hire them again if I needed things to be taken away quickly.

It was so easy. They took everything as it was. The only thing they will not take is old paint. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had tenants who were evicted, and as a present for me they trashed my house. The company I had hired to remove everything decided to throw everything in the back yard. I did not know this right away because I live in NC, and the property is in Chicago. So, the items sat for 2 weeks in the backyard until I could get there. Everyone I talked to at the 1-800-Got-Junk was wonderful! The guys who took everything were great.

Hired them on line for discount. Would have been good to know the rates prior to hiring. They called before arriving and came on time. Very pleasant guys. Gave me an estimated quote for the project, more money than I could spend. But for what I was spending, they did take away the worst of the debris. The guys swept up after themselves. I was allowed to make a copy of their quote sheet for future reference.

My sump pump failed and flooded my basement essentially ruining a sofa, loveseat, 2 upholstered chairs and a large desk. They came within a week of my call, gave me a window of 11:30-2:00. At 11:32, I receive a call with an apology for not being on time(!), because they had a larger load than expected at their last stop and had to offload. Told me they would arrive by 2pm, and were here right on the dot. Very friendly, courteous and tidy, actually apologized for making a small mess when the legs of the desk crumbled when they picked it up! Job is quoted by how much truck space is taken up, they salvage what they can and donate it to Wings or other resale stores, and what can't be salvaged goes to the dump. My items filled up 5/8ths of the truck, there was no way I could have ever gotten that trash out of my basement much less hauled away for a better price. Very pleased, would definitely recommend!

The two-person crew looked at my stuff and quoted the same figure guessed at by the scheduler. The job took less than a half hour. Both workers were very good with my dog, who wouldn't stop barking at them. They were careful when moving furniture and were mindful of the walls. They fact that they take credit cards was the icing on the cake. I couldn't be happier.

They were out to pick up the unit the same day as I called, however the tub was much larger than they anticipated as it was not possible for two people to move and they called a supervisor for further assistance. They recommended getting the assistance of another crew for an additional cost of $100. As an alternative, I decided to cut the tub into smaller pieces that could be handled by a two person crew. After completing my demolition work, I called them to come out again to remove the material. They again were able to come out the same day that I called and they completed the removal and clean up work in a way that exceeded my expectations. Needless to say I was quite pleased with the work and I felt that the cost was quite reasonable in that they charged for the amount of space used within the truck. I highly recommend this company for any hauling needs.

They called me back immediately. They were in the area so they swung by the same day. They went to extra effort to make room in their truck so that they could handle it (the truck was pretty full already).

Very good experience. They showed up on time, removed everything, hauled it away in under 2 hours and the two employees were professional and friendly. They give you some sample costs over the phone but don't actually quote the job until on-site. The nice part, is if you don't like or agree with the price, you don't have to use their services. For me it was a great alternative to a dumpster, similar in price but them removing it was worth the cost. My overall cost was probably a little higher than typical because I had two types of loads. One, which they referred to as bedload (heavier materials/waste) and the other normal waste/debris. Overall a good experience.

It was actually a quite pleasant experience. The two man crew was very professional. And surprisingly enough they were on-time, granted my appointment was between 8:30 am and 10:30 am and I was probably the first on their route. They called around 8:00 am to say that they will be at my house in 30 minutes, and they promptly arrived at 8:30 am. They were very efficient in terms of hauling the bigger, heavier pieces first. They are very friendly and answered questions that I had. They were grateful for the fact that the three piece sofa was already in the garage which made their job easier, but then explained that it would have been part of the job/pay if they had to haul it out of the basement.

These guys are great I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone is pleasant, professional and a joy to deal with Making an appointment is a breeze. They give you a 2-hour window and they call when they are on their way. I cannot say enough good things about them.

It was easy to make the appointment. They arrived on time and were pleasant to deal with. The employees wear uniforms and their trucks and new and clean.

One of the reasons she picked this company originally is they come and give a free estimate. If you are happy with the estimate they take the items and if not they leave. The workmen were polite, cleaned up after themselves and were careful not to damage the walls when carrying items through the house. She was very pleased with the overall service.

It was easy to make an appointment over the Internet. The company called the day before the appointment to confirm the pick-up. On the day of the pick-up the driver called 30 minutes before to tell that he was on his way. The driver and his helper were very careful and very efficient in removing material. They did an amazing job removing a heavy refrigerator and hauling it up basement stairs. They leave you with money off coupons for future work and a toy version of the truck in which they haul items.

They called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Prepared to take what I had listed, and more if necessary. Friendly, courteous, and helpful.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH. THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONES WERE VERY GOOD AND GAVE US A DATE THREE DAYS AFTER I CALLED. THE WINDOW WAS TWO HOURS, SHORTER THAN MANY COMPANIES PROVIDE. THEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM. THE DRIVER CALLED THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, SAYING HE WAS RUNNING EARLY AND COULD COME SOONER OR AT THE APPOINTED TIME, WHICHEVER WAS MORE CONVENIENT. HE ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN HE ESTIMATED AND HE AND HIS PARTNER WORKED QUICKLY TO REMOVE THE ITEMS. THEY WERE VERY CLEAR ABOUT COSTS AS WELL.

THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM BEFORE THEY ARRIVED, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY LOADED THE TRUCK AND ONCE THEY HAD MY OK, LOADED THE TRUCK AND WERE ON THEIR WAY.

DRIVERS CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE. BUT STILL ARRIVED WITHIN APPOINTMENT TIME. QUOTED JOB ON ARRIVAL, QUICKLY REMOVED ITEMS AND MADE SURE AREA WAS LEFT CLEAN. I BOOKED ONLINE SO IT WAS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE ACTUAL COST AHEAD OF TIME. BUT THE JOB WAS DONE ON TIME.

SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT WAS QUICK AND EASY; THEY RECONFIRMED THE TIME THE DAY BEFORE. THEY ARRIVED IN A WELL-MAINTAINED TRUCK, WITH ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS. THE TWO MEN WERE POLITE, ARTICULATE AND HELPFUL. AFTER THEY LOADED THE TRUCK, THEY SWEPT THE GARAGE SO IT WAS VERY CLEAN. FOR ONLY SLIGHTLY MORE THAN IT WOULD COST FOR A DUMPSTER, THEY DID ALL THE WORK. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
