 + -1 moreJust as other person, I called to schedule an appointment and after 48 hours, never heard back from them. It makes me wonder had I used them andf something went wrong, how would I ever get a hold of them to come correct their mistake. Most likely, they would not respond and i would have to pay another plumber. Also they ARE NOT BONDED AND INSURED! Sorry but this place goes on my blacklist. I'll do the work myself before I ever consider using them.

 + 0 more.The pump broke, sprayed all over, we called IL Valley Plumbing, and Bill came over quickly. He is very professional, and went right to work, found the problem, got what he needed to fix it, and fixed the problem. He was quick, and we have not had any more problems.
Description of Work: repaired a pump, replaced parts & some pipes other times he has unclogged drains fixed frozen outdoor spickets dug up frozen water lines, repaired, insulated, covered back up - followed up...

Description of Work: Most recently owner, Bill King fixed one of our hot water heaters. He arrived when he said he would, figured out what the problem was, got the parts, and had our hot water heater fixed in less than an hour. Bill and his wife, Pam are great to deal with, and are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Bill has done work for us for years, in several locations. One Winter, our pipes froze from the street back to our house. Bill had to dig a trench in the frozen ground, remove & replace and brace the pipes in the freezing cold. He successfully corrected the problem, and repaired the area that was dug up best he could as well. He has replaced toilets, a water pump, fixed/replaced faucets, unclogged drains to name a few of many other repairs/replacements. My husband and I have confidence in Bill's abilities, and the prices are reasonable. I recommended IL. Valley Plumbing to my parents, who also use their service now.
