They were here when they said they would be, came prepared do the job even if it rained, and went above and beyond by cleaning out the window well before installing the cover. I am happy with the look of the cover, but am especially pleased with the strenth and durability of the cover. We will use them again to cover additional window wells.

Complimentary window well vacuuming before installation was clutch. He even helped to address a rodent entry issue in our well by helping install a steel wool plug where we had once seen chipmunks entering a hole near a window frame. Super happy with our project!
