Gus was extremely responsive. I submitted a request online on a Saturday night and had email contact not even an hour later. He was out to provide the estimate 3 days later, and 1 week later the job was done. I think the price was fine based on the high quality Owens Corning fiberglass blown in insulation used. Nice that Gus does the work himself which adds confidence that the job was done correctly. All penetrating points were sealed up and proper baffles installed along the soffits. After updating the insulation he helped us adjust our attic fan to provide the best ventilation. Overall very happy with the service and they didn’t leave a mess. Good communication throughout and very quick installation. Highly recommend.

Weather Shield was not only the most reasonable, but the only company in which the owner both gave us the quote and installed the insulation with colleague. He installed additional attic insulation, taking care to ensure our soffit ventilation and bathroom vents were properly vented. He also installed some rim joist insulation in our crawl space. Gus (owner) came out to provide an estimate. He was in the attic for about a half hour looking over the space so that a complete estimate could be provided. Several weeks later Gus came out and added blown in fiberglass insulation which made the area an R-60. While Gus insulated the attic, he took pictures on his cell phone and showed me the completed work.

Gus was always on time or early and he was thorough and very professional. Gus laid down drop cloths so he wasn't walking on our carpet and was very clean. He had our house reinsulated and a new attic fan put in, in around 3 hours. Our house was literally 10 degrees cooler after having Gus come in. We can't wait to see the savings on our comed bill! Great. Gus was there at the agreed upon day and time. He went to work right away, and when he was finished, he invited me to climb the ladder and peer into the attic and see the job before he closed up the hatch. We went with the R-60 to make sure that we wouldn't have to worry about any leaks of heat, or cold coming in any more. Great job, Gus!

i called the weather shield insulators to inspect my attic insulation and roof line , Gus came to my house and inspected my attic and found out that the insulation level was low and that the roof line had mold he'd did mold remediation first and makes sure that the attic was vented properly and than added the insulation to the proper level. the job was done very professional We couldn't have been more pleased. i notice my electrical bill drop. looking forward to save more money on my utility bills ill be happy to recommend them

I called Weather Shield Insulators as a last minute resort, i didn't think they would schedule me in so quickly, with that being said I am very pleased with the company. When I first called i was unsure of things that would be needed in order to continue or initiate my project.They provided me with a free estimate. Gus, the owner walked me through a detail inspection of the area insulation would be installed. He was honest and upfront on things that were needed and yet how i could still save some money. They scheduled me in the next day. The office Manager was very polite and made sure that all of my questions were answered as well as far as scheduling. My project was completed the first week of September. This Company is FAMILY OWNED and it showed from day one. Employees were very respectful and most importantly the job was clean the entire project. They make sure that surrounding areas of project are covered with tarps and are also very careful not to contaminate any areas not to be insulated. I would refer them in a heartbeat .. ( already did!)

Gus the owner of the company came out to inspect my attic and i found out that the insulation was very dirty and compacted which means my insulation was not efficient at all. The insulation was removed and replace with new insulation to a level of R60. The job was fast and on time. Gus and his son where very professional and knowledgeable, they cleaned up after themselves and left the house the same way it was before they started the job. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I highly recommend them.
