They were supposed to install leaf guard and they forgot to. I had to get on them to adjust the price but otherwise the gutters look good.

The roofers were non-stop until the job was done. I had an issue that came up during install from the HOA. I needed to change the color of the roof vents from aluminum to brown. It was communicated to the team and the change was made without any delay to the job. Great Customer Service!!!

TTC did a great job! Very professional and fast. They were able to install our new roof in one day.

As an owners of the house we knew that our roof needs repairs, however we knew how hard it could be to deal with insurance people. We were very pleased how Top Tech advisor Brian handled all the insurance related issues. He helped us to file the claim, talk to insurance agent and be there then estimate on the house was made. He also was quick to respond to all the questions we had. Now we have a beautiful new roof and gutters. Top Tech completed work on the roof within couple of weeks from our agreement. Everything was done in very professional manner, all the debris removed and property cleaned.

The problem is I now have to wait for the insurance adjuster but Tip Tech is very professional and explained all the work that needs to be done. I can't really rate the work because it has not been completed yet. We are first meeting with the adjuster 3/2 so I will not know about their work until later. I believe this request is a little premature. I am giving them straight 5 based on speaking with the representative however I don't know of their physical work yet.
