+ 0 moreThe service was awesome! The tech was onsite on time and explained what to expect and what to call for if desired results didn't manifest after finish had time to settle in. I asked for them to come out a second time (for buffing) which they did at no charge and while I hadn't been fussy about the color the tech. decided he could better and took care of it while he was onsite and now it's close to perfect (again for no charge.) I was really impressed with the professionalism of the tech sent to my home (same one for both calls which was appreciated.) I'd absolutely do business with them in the future....if you find yourself in the unhappy spot of needing bathtub repair Gunner and his guys are ones to call!

+ 1 moreI called Surface Doctors and spoke with Gunnar about the process and types of finishes. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was even kind enough to walk me through their website to view the faux granite finishes and offered to send me samples, which arrived the next day. The appointment was made and the day before we were called to confirm a 8-9 am arrival. Mike arrived at 8am on the nose. He described to me what he was going to do and how long the process would take. He was very nice, professional, and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend their services or use them again in the future (a kitchen counter is next on the list). A plus for us is that they use Eco-friendly coatings.
