+ -1 morePat and Kevin did an excellent job repairing my 15 year old garage door. Weather seals were bad. The Door was not tracking right / binding / with numerous gaps Its tight as a drum now and works like new. Nice Job.

+ -1 morePat was professional, friendly, and informative. It was easy to make an appointment with him, and he was flexible to fix our door problem on a weekend. His service was reasonably priced. He arrived when he said he would, and fixed the door. He talked me through some of the things I could do to maintain my doors, and even threw in slide locks on both doors for no extra fee. I was happy with the service, and will use Pat again should any other garage door issues arise.
Description of Work: Replaced the cable which had broken, and replaced one of the rollers. He re-aligned the rollers, and performed general maintenance as well as giving advice on general maintenance I can do myself to keep my garage doors in good shape. He even added slide locks to both garage doors.

We fully intended to have him complete the work right away, but as things usually go, we had to put off the install for a few months. When we contacted him to finally schedule the work, he was able to schedule quickly. The door was installed and the old one hauled away in a few hours. Without a doubt, Pat did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous throughout the process and we would gladly refer friends and family to him. I just wish I had remembered to enter this review sooner!!!

+ -1 moreI called and left a message. He returned my call within minutes, was at the house about 10 minutes later, and made the appropriate replacements (tortion springs) and adjustments. When we had an issue getting the door to go down a few minutes after he left, we called him. He came back, made an adjustment to the garage door opener, and it worked perfectly! He told us to feel free to call him back if there were any issues.

+ -1 moreWent to put up garage door to go to work and feed gear broke for chain. Door would not raise. Manually raised door and lowered to be able to leave for work. Called husband on way to work and he called the Door Doctor. They came over and fixed the door while we were at work and door worked fine when I got home. Don't remember price exactly, but was very fair for the work they done.
Description of Work: Chain off track and feed gear broken.

+ 0 moreFantastic...especially since I was leaving town the same day and was panicked that my garage door was hanging down, leaving my house prone. He was able to repair it quickly and inexpensively.
Description of Work: I had a mishap with my garage door (it got hung up on a tall ladder, pulling it off the rails on one side...it looked completely destroyed!) and I was referred by a friend to Pat, the owner of The Door Doctor. This happened on a weekend naturally, and I assumed I would not only have to replace my entire door but also pay a premium price for Saturday service. Pat returned my call at 7pm Fri night, reassured me that it would probably not need replacing after I sent him a text picture and arrived Saturday morning. (He actually apologized for not being able to come out immediately Fri night, as relatives were in town!) He came Saturday morning, fixed the door in 10 minutes AND tightened up the top where light and wind had been coming in due to the cable being loose. The grand total: $70!!
