 + 0 moreWe own a modular home. 3 years ago we had a window cut out to put in a custom door to an outside deck. It always leaked around the door frame. We could never get the original construction co. to fix it. We tried several handy men and construction co. but no one could find where the water was coming from. We went on Angies list and found Mr. Johanson. He returned my initial call promptly. We discussed the job and he was able to look at the door right away. He was VERY honest. He didnt give me a guess.He told me right out he didnt know the exact cost until the problem was found.He was able to find what was wrong when all the others couldnt! The door was a big job! It went so well we asked him to stay and do painting,siding, and a few other things. I am going to call him back this week to schedule more work! Great job!
Description of Work: Repaired leaking soffit and door frame, replaced door,replaced damaged wood on outside and inside.Installed molding and trim.painted all work. Moved appliances and installed new sheet flooring in kit.Papered and installed vinyl siding on front of garage.

Description of Work: He refinished our hardwood floor. He painted the entire area. He replaced some cabinets and installed some linoleum flooring.
