I picked them because I was looking at the Angie's List. I chose them because they were rated on the books there. They didn't really have any complaints in their quality and the customer service was outstanding. I found that out to be true. It was a good price and I was satisfied with the price. I was very pleased with the price.

Fair quote, work done professionally and on schedule

The materials were exactly what we asked for. The installers were prompt on teh day of service and were very careful to keep the house clean including removing thier shoes. The explained everything they were doing as I asked them. They came the following day at the time they said they would. The were professional and very courteous.

The in-home estimate/presentation was helpful, concise, and not pushy. We received quotes from three companies. Not only was Premier the lowest quote, they were the company we most wanted to work with. All work was done in 3 days. The crew worked quickly. They were friendly and cleaned everything up. We had a couple of minor issues/questions in the days and months that followed our installation, but all of our calls were returned quickly and everything was resolved quickly and professionally.

They were excellent. The owner is extremely honest and he was wonderful to work for. He was just a great person to work for. I would totally hire him again.

Excellent service! We had warped siding due to sun reflection and had to replace an entire (very large) wall of siding. Steve worked with us to make the job as cost effective as possible. The work was done before we asked for it to be completed and was done in a very professional manner. All the old siding was hauled away and the wall looked great. Steve stopped by to check the work and make sure we were happy. Would highly recommend this company!!

I contacted Premier Windows and Siding through Angies List stating I would like to be contacted. Steve called me the same day. We met within a couple of days and I received an estimate within 2-3 days. The window purchased was a Marvin and it is beautiful. It was installed on November 25th and I keep looking at it in awe. The installers were very professional and the finished product is awesome. I would highly recommend this company. I will be looking at replacing more windows and will definately contact Steve.

Easy process from beginning to end. We dealt with the company owner who was personable & upfront about what they would do and how much it will cost. Everything was clearly outlined in their proposal & they lived up to everything that they said that they would do. We are very pleased with the end result. They utilized quality materials and their workers were proficient and paid attention to the details. We did have a bid on the work to be performed from another company for less money but did not hesitate going with Premier because we felt that they were more knowledgeable and professional. It wasn't worth the gamble to select a different company based upon cost alone when it came to the overall appearance of our home. The work on our home took several days. The workers were always on time and stayed late into the evening to finish up quickly. They cleaned up after themselves each and every day. We would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone interested in having exterior work performed on their home.

Service was great. I worked with Steve Garrison to pick out the style, quality, and price point for our windows. He was professional and responsive to my requests and questions. The two-man crew that installed the windows seemed very knowledgeable. They were efficient and very cleanly with their work.

We went with Premier windows. From beginning to end Steve and his crew Richard and Danny were excellent. Steve kept us informed the whole time. Called every night after his crew left to make sure everything was done right. Steve takes great pride in his bussiness which u barely see anymore. I would recommend this company to anyone. Steve is extremely honest and not a pushy sales man. It was done right the first time and if he ever needed reference we would be more then happy to do so. Thanks Steve!!!

From start to finish, the job was excellent. From Steve's attention to detail and making sure the windows were perfectly sized (we had a particularly tricky bay window) to the meticulous installation (it took a little longer than we anticipated, but we knew they were doing things right). Fabulous!

Great! Quality, service and a fair price...

IT went great. They came and measured, were on time and had an honest fair estimate. When they installed they were timely, clean and professional. They turned out great. I would recommend them to any one in the area.

The service was timely, professional, and the installation was done well. They were in and out in one day, and did a good job. Didn't appreciate a mailing from Pella this month that said installation would be $99 per window if I purchased in next month. Grrr. Didn't seem like I got jerked around on pricing etc. I would use again.

Began program to replace windows with new transom windows

PQWSI does not disappoint! We began seeking an estimate with a need to immediately replace several leaking windows and a door on our 14 year old home. We also new it was time to consider making the investment to begin replacing all the windows, siding, and our roof. We told Tom our needs and our long term wishes he graciously took the time to educate us on products, answer our questions, and allowed us the time to process the information. Tom's commitment did not end with an order he continued to provide us with a level of communication that meet our needs. He was available to answer questions, help to review product choices and colors, and checked in on the project daily. The crew that PQWSI employees is outstanding. To say they are professional seems inadequate. They took care of our home as if it were there own. The installation of the windows and doors was amazing to watch. The attention to detail let you know that you would be please once the job was completed. When the windows and doors where done work started on the siding. The crew worked with that same attention to detail on the exterior of our home. Even taking the time to break down the job site each evening and clean up the work area. My husband and I frequently spend the evening sitting on the patio looking on the house and we never fail to comment on how happy we are with the way the house has turned out. We look forward to working with PQWSI this coming spring to roof our home!

Replaced a front door entry, entry door between garage and mudroom and bedroom window. The window was replaced with a Pella custom size. We had explained to Tom (sales rep) what we hoped to accomplish by replacing the two doors, then listened to his recommendations. He provided exactly what we wanted, at a fair price, with the energy savings we desired. The work crew showed up on time, were extremely professional in their actions, cleaned up immediately after completing their job and all in all made the entire transaction a positive one. Would definitely contact them again for additional work, if needed

I was completely satisfied with their work. They were great company. I think it was Steve, who I believe is the owner. He didn't try to over sale us on windows. He was honest and punctual. The workers came on time and finished the job on time. They cleaned up the site after the work was done. We were happy on all fronts. I would be happy to support his business in anyway possible because he really has done an honest work. We went with him because there was number of times when he was honest and we could trust him.

We replaced all windows and had stonework added to interior and exterior areas of our home. Tom as excellent to work with. He provided multiple options based on our expressed needs and reviewed all aspects of the work prior to begining. John (foreman) and his crew were very professional - craftsmen, not just installers. the job took about 1 week and at the end of everyday, the job site was cleaned to the point we could not tell they had been there. The entire experience was very positive and we would highly recommend them.

I haven?t used them yet. However, they were really helpful. I liked their products, staff and the response time that had given me with my questions. I liked their estimate as well and I might hire them. I found the price to be very reasonable and right in the ballpark. It was even lower than some other people. I couldn?t ask for a better price for the product that they were giving me. They were a pleasure to deal with they were right there to answer my questions. They called me back immediately.

The quality of the product we got was excellent. The team that worked on it was excellent as well. However, they put the wrong color window in a first, and wanted us to pay half the cost of the mistake. They ended up making this right, and the product and workers were great.

My husband had a greater degree of interaction with them. We did choose them from four different bids that we got. They gave us good quality product and were helpful in determining which types of windows to use in which parts of the house. We got the best price from them. They showed up on time and the work was completed according to the schedule. The work was done in October so it's about nine months and we have had no problems with them at all. The windows and the installation are working out real well. Probably the only negative thing is that the installer they sent had as an assistant or laborer his father who was an older man. He was a very nice man, but he was a lot less capable so it took quite a while to get everything in. But on the other hand, they said it would take three to four days and that's what it turned out to be, so it wasn't a problem. We felt sorry for him. He had to be hauling heavy windows and getting up on scaffolding. I felt he should be retired by now. We were very satisfied with them. We did not do the whole house replacement, and if we do the last of the windows in future we will probably go back to them.

Tom is the owner/sales person. He is the consummate professional and took hours to describe options with us both in our home and in his showroom. Don was the lead installer. He did a wonderful job. He and his helper worked all-day, and the fit and finish are great. The only hiccup was they forgot to drill little holes for the doorbell wires, but immediately owned up to their mistake and gave us $40 to buy a wireless doorbell! Overall, we are very pleased with the results.
