From beginning to the end of the process everything went very well. Tom was great to deal with through the estimate and contract piece and the installers were excellent - they did a great job. Would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking for new windows or siding.

Premier Quality Windows & Siding provided an exceptional experience and end product. Working with contractors and managing timelines at work, I understand what separates average from exceptional. During the design phase, Tom was very open about what various products offer in terms of quality, appearance and value, and allowed me to make educated decisions without pressure to use one product over another. During the install, the crew showcased their years of experience in the way they engaged with each other to be efficient and yet very detail oriented. A project of this size is not to be completed overnight, and if it is, it likely means shortcuts were taken that will later haunt you. The install crew took zero shortcuts and in fact went above and beyond with finishing details as if my home were their own. Like any large project, there were a few minor items that required attention, each time Tom, Steve and the crew were more than willing to accommodate and even offer suggestions on the best path forward. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for", with Premier Quality you get an overwhelming sense of confidence and assurance that the work will be done right, it will last, and that they will be there to support any issue that may arise years down the road. Tom came out and measured 18 windows. He went over a variety of options of window brands, types (e.g., vinyl or fiberglass), and colors. He also was able to identify the characteristics that my new windows should have based on my description of a perfect window (e.g., we live on a corner lot, so I wanted quiet windows). Tom was able to identify windows with argon gas, etc. that would give us a better sound threshold. While we ended up going with another company because of a back and forth bidding process, I would certainly recommend Tom and Premier Quality Windows & Siding Inc. in your window shopping process.

Very good process and work quality was top notch. We are using them again for some additional siding work. Chris knows his stuff and how to do things right. I had one concern with part of the window install and issue was resolved quickly. Communication before, during and after was great.

Tom was a great guy! Very professional: on time, responsive to emails and phone calls (all replied to within 24 hours), and reasonable on price. Installed 4 Sunrise Vanguard windows, with quarter-round trim. Premier offered another brand, but we choose Sunrise because it had the smallest frame, which allowed for more glass. Most vinyl replacements have a thick frame and make the house feel like you're looking through a prison window. The Sunrise replacements feel very much like full frame originals. I did go for the higher end Sunrise replacements, but Premier DID recommend lower cost replacements (for around $2000). I'm sure the "standard" replacements would have been fine, but I liked the build quality of the higher end ones more. The quality of the install was great; half day install with no complications. No mess in the front yard. No mess in the house. All edges caulked and painted. If it wasn't for the new hardware on the windows, I wouldn't have known they were replaced. We did have three other companies offer quotes, but Premier had the best offering for the price. The warranty was better than the rest... another sales guy from a different company thought I was lying when I told him what Premier offered in terms of warranty. So if you're considering vinyl replacements, I recommend AT LEAST getting a quote from Premier even if you have good quotes from others. Will contact Premier again when I do the rest of the house.

Replaced all of our existing wood windows (19) with vinyl, with the exception of the patio door which was replaced with a wood door. Arrived on time everyday, took two and a half days in the house, and then two days were spent outside doing the trim work. They did a great job, closed the house up when we were not home, very polite, and hard working. Cleaned up everyday before leaving, always let me know when they would be back. Very easy to work with, the windows are great, the house is warmer and more quiet!

We enjoyed working with Tom, a general manager of Premier Quality Windows & Siding. He helped us choose the windows that would give us the look we were after, along with the material we wanted our windows to be constructed from, and also the quality we were searching for. He brought samples of the windows we were considering, to our home, so we could actually see how they were constructed and compare the differences between the brands and the lines within the brands. He answered all of our questions, and promptly returned calls and emails. He was very professional, prompt, and friendly. The installation team that was sent out to complete our project was also excellent! Very professional in their work and in their manners. They were experienced and knowledgeable about installing replacement windows, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were prompt beginning work each day, and they made sure the job site was cleaned up at the end of each day. They also worked quickly. The new windows are well installed, insulated and level! And so beautiful! The winds have been blowing strongly for the last two days, and there isn't even the tiniest amoung of air coming in anywhere around the new windows. The windows are excellent and so is the installation!

Everyone I dealt with at Premier was professional and responsive. Tom came out within a day or two of my initial phone call to discuss options and take preliminary measurements. I wanted to replace the kitchen window with a different, larger unit, which required a bit of reframing, and Tom proposed several ideas. When the official measure found a potential obstacle in the wall, Tom came back out to check and we were able to change the width of the ordered window accommodate an existing plumbing stack. The window and door arrived within the discussed time frame. There was a two-day delay on the install, which I did not mind as I was at the house working anyway. On the day of the install, the crew arrived promptly and finished both interior projects within six hours. They cleaned the worksite upon completion. I discovered the next day that the exterior of the bay window had not been insulated as discussed, and they sent someone out promptly to correct the oversight. The finished project is what I wanted and I would not hesitate to use Premier again.

I could not say enough good things about Tom and Steve. They explained in detail the features of the windows. They talked about the process and the choices and were not pushy at all. The whole process was EXACTLY how they stated without any problems. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. We will definitely call them for roofing and siding.

Steve and the whole crew at Premier were great, and they did a fantastic job with the windows. We had them install vinyl windows in the upstairs last year, and we were able to do the first floor wood windows this year. Steve worked with us through the entire plan, and actually had the installers modify the external trim on the upstairs windows (last year!) so that they would match the wood windows we got this year. He did this even though he had no guarantee he'd get our business this year. Great customer service! The installations were done very professionally and the quality is excellent. They came when they said they would, it took as long as they predicted, and they cleaned everything up when they left. Like they weren't even there, except now we have some fantastic new windows. When one of our downstairs windows had a slight defect, Steve organized a Marven rep to come out and fix it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This review refers to service provided 6 years ago. I had all my windows replaced. I received good guidance to help me select a window type (each has their own mix of pros and cons). The installers were prompt and efficient. The windows continue to look good and work well. I'd use this firm again.

We solicited 5 estimates from different contractors for the above-listed services. It was hard to equally compare the estimates since there are numerous window brands, styles, installation techniques, etc. Premier was not our lowest bidder, but also not the highest. Steve provided a "good, better, best" estimate with three window styles & prices for us to pick and choose what we were comfortable with and what was within our budget. We felt Premier was a trustworthy, professional contractor we could work with comfortably. Windows arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and were installed ASAP after they came in, working around our schedule as needed. Installation took three days, and the installers were very courteous and clean. One of the windows was ordered wrong, so they came back at a later date to finish the job, but it was not a big deal. Overall, we are very happy with our new windows and patio door! Would definitely use Premier again.

They did an awesome job. Very careful with my home. Installed the windows very carefully and professionally. Outstanding look. I had hired a different company to do the upstairs windows. Horrible experience. Premier installed the main floor windows and the difference in quality of work is beyond words. Wish I had called them first! Premier Quality Windows and Siding did a EXCELLENT job! Steve came to our home for an estimate on a new sliding patio door. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew to install door did a excellent job and was very neat. I would definitely use Premier Quality Windows and Siding again in the future and highly recommend them.

The installation was done in a timely manner by Richard, who I believe is a perfectionist. Couldn't have asked for anymore.

Tom came out to give us a quote and talk thru options based on our needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable about windows and the process. He made great suggestions which we incorporated. While he was not the cheapest quote, based and the sunrise window material he provided and his reviews, we decided to go with Premier. When it was time to start the work, his team came out on time and they were extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day and actually finished the work in less time than estimated. We are very pleased with the results. I love our new windows! The entire process was fantastic. I would highly recommend Premiere Quality Windows and would use them again.

Premier Quality did a great job installing a new patio door. Tom gave me three different options to choose from. Each option came with a detailed report of the options. He also saved me money by informing me of a pending price increase and I was able to get in my order before the increase which saved me a lot of money. Premier Quality always kept me informed as the process went along and on the day of the install, the team showed up early and did the job flawlessly. They completed the job sooner then I thought they would and I know it's because they sent the proper amount of installers to get the job done right and quickly. These guys know what they are doing and don't pull any punches. I would highly recommend them if you need any of their services.

The job was just finished a couple of days ago. The work they did seemed to be very careful and meticulous. They took their time to do it and I think they did a good job. The windows seem pretty good. Th fiber cement siding looks great.

I am very happy with their work. The windows were rotten, they home sealed and cleaned up the mess. They did a beautiful job. The windows have light reflection stuff. The price was competitive and I got three bids. The price was fair. They did exactly what they promised. They shared the number of weeks, it would take to build the windows and that's about what it took. They made the appointment. They came and installed them on in less than two days.

Premier did a wonderful job. Old window removal was clean, and they were very precise with the installation of the new windows. Everything was level, plumb, and square. They sealed each window with foam, thereby insuring that windows would be draft free. After the installation, Steve came back twice to stain and poly the wood parts of our large bay window. Finally, one of the guys stayed behind to hang our new window shades.

We needed our windows replaced and called three companies to bid on the job. Two were the bigger guys who advertise heavily in this market. To provide accurate contrast, I must say that I would NEVER use them or invite them to my home again. Their sales methods were pushy, demanding, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable in our own home due to the high pressure tactics they employed. We wanted several bids and were insulted by the other companies pushing their product on us and not respecting our time. They tried to bully us into buying the same night that they came out. Premier was completely opposite of the first two experiences. Tom came to our home and listened to our needs. He appropriately provided information about several options and took measurements. And then - key point - HE LEFT. This was unlike the others, who practically had to be pushed out. In a few days, he sent us three quotes with options, just as he promised. He provided pricing on three different lines of windows - good, better, and best. This allowed us to weigh our options and associated costs. We ended up selecting the "best" option and we decided to add on the patio doors, which we were on the fence about before speaking with him. He got us a good price that was less than half of the "other guys", so we decided to do those at the same time as the windows. The sales process was comfortable and pleasant. The install went very well. It was scheduled for three days and was completed in a day and a half. The crew was punctual, respectful, and exceptionally competent. All aspects of the removal and installation of the new windows was done swiftly and with care to the rest of the home. I can't imagine being more pleased with the overall process, from sales to installation. Bonus: "buying local". I'm glad our money is staying in the community and didn't go to one of the "big guys".

They came out to look at my property after I had received information from another company saying I had significant damage to my siding. Not only did they check my siding, but he checked my roofing and informed me that i didn not have significant damage to either of them. I was very pleased with them for looking at what was best for me instead of just what was going to make him money. They were very ethical.

The two installers arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and managed to install all 14 windows in two days between the storms that came thru the area. They propped the old windows against a tree in the front parkway to be hauled away. When the second storm hit that evening, my daughter and I ran out to secure the windows because of the high winds. We were amazed that they had secured them to the tree with bungee cords. Wow, they thought of everything! There were shutters on the front windows that had to be removed and re-installed. They had to be moved out a few inches because of the extra trim on the new windows. We did provide new shutter fasteners because we knew that some would break off during the removal. They meticulously caulked and sealed everything.
