Description of Work: Premier replaced our existing windows and doors with Pella double hungs, Pella patio door and Pella entry door system. From the start we worked with Steve and we were treated very well and he is very knowledgeable on the products he sells. Steve runs a topnotch company and is very fair. We would recommend his company to anyone we know who might be looking to do a window or door project.

+ 0 moreTom came to house with brochures from many door companies. We told him what we wanted, what our price range was and asked for suggestions. He listened, provided additional input and found us something better than what we had been considering, with more details, the quality we hoped for and the price range we desired. Once the door arrived, it was efficiently installed by his crew. He was right on about the quality; our entry way is now warm and tight with subsequent heating bill savings. The other entry door also meets our needs and provides greater security features than the door it replaced, thanks to Tom's suggestions.
Description of Work: Replaced entire front door entry and side windows and entry door from garage to house.

+ -1 moreSince I insisted on custom-sized windows, it's longer; 4 weeks or so from time of order. Otherwise, Steve was very punctual with appointments, very professional and showed a lot of integrity. Installation started and finished as planned.
Description of Work: Full replacement of 31 window panes, 2 sets of patio doors, and main entry door. Windows and doors custom sized, no fillers or mullions used as I have requested. Removed existing windows, doors and trims, replaced with all new wood trim, Marvin Windows and Patio Doors, and Thermathru Entry door. Hauled away all debris and performed clean-up. Included 5-year warranty on labor.

+ -1 moreVery well. Tom came out within a day to do our estimate. He gave us a few options to choose from and provided a full written estimate. We even changed our mind on color and that did not delay the start of the job. The owner and the representative came out to check on the job. The job started when they said it would and we are very happy with the finished product. The installers were very conscientious and detailed.
Description of Work: Premier replaced our aluminum siding with all vinyl replacement siding. All materials were taken away as well.
