Al called me immediately and heard what our plumbing problem was and when he came out, discussed his findings and when asked told us how he would fix the issues yet left it up to us to consider his suggestions were actually spot on. Decided to have additional plumbing work done because of this man s and his helper Mark s integrity and common sense approach!

Al came up to look at the job, gave me an estimate and came out to do an outstanding job like a good company supposed to....thank you! I was quoted by another company (Schramer plumbing) without even looking at the job, 4-7 times$$$$$ more than Al did the job.....these folks will be get my business for now on.

I was called immediately by the company. They wanted to come out the same day, but I was not going to be home . They came out the following morning at the time scheduled. They replaced my gas valve, turned my house gas back on, light my water heater,checked for gas leaks and made sure all my gas appliances were working properly. They were done in less than one hour. I also feel the price was reasonable. Great job.

Al was very friendly and professional. He was very efficient in finding the problem quickly. He explained everything in understandable terms and fixed it immediately and was on his way in under 2 hours. Would highly recommend him and will use them in the future.

So prompt in replying to my request for emergency service. The first company to respond. Altho they weren't able to come for the installation until early evening, they were meticulous in their work, very reasonable in the pre-stated charges, and I was able to leave for my scheduled trip relieved that my basement wouldn't be flooded upon return.

They did not just do a good job. They went beyond the call of duty, patiently spent a lot of time diagnose the problem and completely fix the problem. Also they did not take advantage of my misfortune by overcharging me. They charged me based on their regular rate, which is very competitive. Therefore I have nothing but good words for them. I would use Plumbing Management Services for all of my plumbing issues. I have no reservation for recommending Plumbing Management Services to others.

Al was very personal and prompt with his initial contact and the follow up visit. They made quick work of the project and met all my expectations.

They were very competitive. I did get a quote slightly below them, but extremely happy I chose them. They were very responsiveness, thorough, and timely. I called 3 times and Al picked up the phone twice and called back within a couple minutes the third time. I will definitely recommend them and use them again for any service needs. I trust if I have a warranty issue they will take care of it immediately.
