I couldn't be happier with Keystone. They quickly configured a solution that exactly met my needs. Their execution was timely and flawless. They saved me money on electronics by passing their discounts through to me. They did a great job programming the remote. They have followed up several times, without prompting from me, to make sure everything was working perfectly. Exceptional and professional work. Keystone was recommended to me by a friend. My contractor had tried to push another vendor on me, but that vendor just kept pushing solutions that were way too expensive. After wasting hours with that guy, I made more progress with Keystone in just 15 minutes on the phone. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the vendor my contractor brought to the table tried to rip me off, because the contractor himself has turned out to be a dishonest crook. The contractor made things difficult on Keystone, because they were resentful they had lost the work, but Keystone patiently worked through the obstacles and problems the contractor caused. I am so glad that I took the AV system work away from my incompetent and dishonest contractor and hired and managed Keyston myself. I couldn't be happier with Keystone.
