+ -1 moreKendall County Fence built a small fence around our dumpster. It had 2 large doors on it. Within a couple of months, the fence boards were coming off and I had to screw in the boards as they were nailed originally. Within 6 months, the two doors were significantly warping. I called the company to let them know and so they could fix it. They told me that while the fence is warranted, they won't fix the doors. They said that is a problem with their wood supplier so they refused to fix the doors under the warranty. They wanted to charge me an additional $500 to fix the doors. I do not recommend this company as the fence was falling apart within a couple months of being built as well as the doors warping. Unfortunately, they do not stand behind their work and they do not honor their waranty.

Description of Work: It is not what they did but what they did not do. I contracted with them to repair my fence at the beginning of January. Weather was a factor but this year has been very mild. They had many opportunities to repair the fence, for some reason they chose not to. I don't now why, but they just stopped returning my phone calls. Multiple calls by me trying to find out when the job would be done went unanswered. I finally gave up and stopped trying at the end of March. I am in the process of getting another fence repair company.

From extra attention to the details of the concrete for the posts ( the bevel the concrete on top so they don't collect water) to the gate hardware and the post topping! I didn't realize they would cap the posts, too! Just a beautiful fence done by real professionals! Highest quality materials. All hand built on-site (no prefab panels). 5 Stars.
Description of Work: Tore down old fence and hauled away. Rebuilt new fence and 3 gates.170 running feet.
