basement remodeling
+ -1 moreHe was thorough. He measured everything and drew up a plan. What he didn't do was he did not send back a clear plan of the work like diagrams and a full page breakdown of whatever it will cost. He didn't take the time to sit down and outline everything. I might use him for cabinets someday but definitely not on a remodeling job.

+ 0 moreThe basement refinishing project was going to consist of a large living room area, a bar area, and a bedroom and bath. He gave a very good detailed review of how the procedure would go. He was very easy to work with. The project just never lifted off the ground, and did go through. Overall the estimate he gave me went well.
