He came in to help us with a major fixer-upper and has been a delight to work with. Fast. Professional. Reasonable and Quality. All we could have hoped for.
Description of Work: We used John as a General Contractor. He came in and used his skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other ways.

+ -1 moreRob explained all options for repairs and their relative costs. He didn't ask for a deposit, but I offered one for materials, which he accepted. He did the entire job the next week while I was on vacation, and had the forethought to have two copies made of the key for the new front door lock. His work was neat, expert, and he cleaned up spotlessly. He chose fixtures that were good-looking but inexpensive, provided a fully itemized bill and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone for home repair or remodeling work.
Description of Work: I hired Rob to fix the entrance to a condo unit (emergency services had to break through the wall to open the door when my brother died). I asked a realtor to go through the unit with us and in addition to fixing the inside wall and and replacing the front door and door jamb (and doing the necessary painting), we asked Rob to also fix some paint damage (from moisture from an old leak that had been repaired) and to replace some fixtures and do some touch-up painting in various areas.
