FIGGINS TREES & TURF

We had Carl Figgins come out to the house and told him we wanted to replace our overgrown landscaping with some low maintenance plantings. We also wanted our stone wall re-shaped. He measured, asked questions, and asked if we had any plants we really wanted or any we wanted to avoid. He returned a week later with the drawing of his plan, a detailed list of the plants he was suggesting, and photos of all the plants. He also went through each kind of plant to make sure we knew what it would look like, how large it would grow, and the upkeep needed. We were impressed thar he understood "low maintenance". He also had an itemized price list. We made our down payment. We were ready for planting in Sept. His crew started working on a very hot and humid day - and they worked hard. They were polite and friendly, and always cleaned up the sight. I made a couple phone calls with questions, and always had my calls returned no later than the next morning. The crew even took it upon themselves to repair some damage done when the village installed a new section of sidewalk - no charge. There were no hidden fees in the bill, and the entire team was delightful to work with. This is the 4th landscaping service I have used, and they were by far the best. We plan to have them continue doing the Spring maintenance every year, and will definitely use them again.
