Cleaning Wizard

I was very unhappy with my cleaning. It was not the ? team? of experienced members, but 1 person for 2 hours and they didn?t do anything anywhere near to what they advertised on Living Social voucher. --Didn?t wipe down the outside of any of my stainless steel appliances --My bedroom closet mirrors were not cleaned --Pictures were not wiped off at all or the tops dusted --Didn?t even touch the big mirror going down my stairs --Chair rails in both kids rooms not dusted at all. --Shelves in both of my girls rooms not dusted at all. --Didn?t wipe down shelves in Living Room or any of the nic nacs --Counter and island in kitchen was not wiped down --Kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and kitchen tv was not dusted or wiped down --Pictures and décor in kitchen by table were not touched -- dusty --Downstairs bathroom floor was not cleaned at all and did not wipe down the tile surrounding the tub --Found an old wrapper in bathroom by a plant- looked closer- was not wiped off at all --Downstairs sink not wiped down --Kids playroom was only vacuumed, nothing was dusted or wiped down --Downstairs family room ? none of the shelves were wiped down or dusted --half wall in family room and playroom was not touched I was appalled at how bad this cleaning was, but I do think the lady worked really HARD for just getting through that much house in 2 hours. I do not fault her. I did not realize just how much was missed until I was going around doing things and just kept seeing more and more. I called the owner this evening and told her all the things that were missed at not done and I was very nice about it. She said she would let the lady who cleaned know, that way she didn?t clean someone else?s house like that. I did tell her that it really wasn?t the ladys? fault because it is not possible for ONE person to fully clean (especially the way they promised on livingsocial.com) in 2 hours. That there would have to be at least one other person. She told me that I should have let them know that I had a bigger house. I told her?that?s why I purchased the middle tier for up to 2,500 square feet. I have 2,200 square feet. I then asked her if they ever come and correct and reclean what they missed and she said not usually, but sometimes for regular customers . However she told me that they will not come and ?correct? for me because I got a deal on livingsocial.com, so I didn?t pay full price! HORRIBLE customer service, I'm still shocked. I was looking to hire a company regularly too. I was shocked and I?ve had my house cleaned for $75 and a much better job, so even at the ?deal? I got, I honestly feel ripped off. I had cleaned my house very well last week to get a good cleaning today and they just skipped over everything. They did not send the ?team? and they also showed up with NO cleaning supplies, which was not told to me either. I honestly feel the way it was phrased with the deal, that the lady is ripping people off by just sending one person to do a less than mediocre job in 2 hours, no matter what option you paid for.
