It was a very good experience! They used steel posts during the installation which is great because the posts will never rot or need to be replaced. Aside from this, they were on time, professional, and did excellent work.

Great. They honored their original estimate from the year before. We scheduled the installation and I didn't have to be bothered about it again. They came and did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they promised. It went seamlessly. I was extremely happy with the whole process from the original estimate by Francisco who was very professional to having the installation and clean up done. The product and service were both great.

Alfredo gave a great first impression. I like that they were doing more than just cutting down the posts when removing the old fence. He said they make all traces of cement and old posts gone. We were very satisfied with the final product. There is no trace of the old fence. The new fence looks great. It's a great color (satin bronze) and is very sturdy.

It went great. I work nights. They came out and had the job done in 2 days without bothering me. They used industrial posts with metal framing to prevent sagging. So when you drive up to pull in it looks like a nice 6ft wooden fence but the inside of the fence is nicely reinforced for those long years to come.

The person I spoke to was very honest, professional and knowledgeable. She said we were pretty far from the office, but not out of their service range, so they didn't want to come out to give an estimate. However, if I explained the job, she could give me a quote over the phone. She knew we had a large gate, and that it needed extra support just by the measurements I gave her. She explained everything to be done very thoroughly. I did not use them because I didn't feel comfortable using someone who didn't come out to see the job. However, I would recommend them to someone who was close enough for them to come out for an estimate.

Francisco was a complete professional and we chose this company because of him. After the job was complete we had some problems with some of the workmanship and the owner himself came out and took pictures and sent out a new crew that repaired every thing to our satisfaction.

Alfredo came out and quoted the job which was the cheapest of 4 estimates. Alfredo mentioned to me that they can use hidden metal posts to avoid rot which is why I needed a new fence. Alfredo knew a lot about fences and was able to help me determine what would make sense. They came out and completed the job on the days we scheduled, they did not put the gate where I wanted it so I informed them when I saw the posts up, they moved the posts and corrected the error which added significant time but they did it with a smile. The fence looks good, the spacing of the boards could be more consistent and some don't extend all the way to the ground in some spots so animals can sneak in/out. All in all, a great experience, I hope to have this fence last for 10-15 years with no maintenance.

I had three well-known companies out for estimates. This was the only one who could replace almost exactly what we installed 22 years ago. Alfredo did a great job of measuring and finding out the job requirements. He also does a good job of talking and assuring he understands the job. Next was the quote process...we did this via email and it went well even though we changed our minds once. We requested a certain week for the install...it was too cold, so we pushed back the install 2 weeks with no problem. Finally the day came and we had about 5 inches of rain which turned the yard into a muddy mess! We had standing water in the install areas but the installers still did their work. I have a lot of perennial plants and the installers did the best they could with them; really it was quite a mess but not their fault. The only part that could use improvement is communication...because of the horrible weather on day 2 of the install we were not sure when the installers were going to return. Even though they had the job specs, I like to be here during the install. We are very happy with our new fence. In some ways we like it more than the old one. We are trying the steel posts because on the old fence we had to replace many WRC posts. We've already received many compliments from our neighbors on this fence. We will see if it lasts 22 years like the last one!

Alfredo did a great job estimating the job on a Saturday. He arrived on time and took under an hour to get me a price. The fence was completed when they said it would be and the crew that did the fence was fantastic. My neighbors used them also and they are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for your fence needs.

Upon purchasing our new home in February, we knew prior to moving in that we would need to have a fence for our doggies installed. Although I had a fence installed in my previous home by another company about two years ago, I thought I should explore my options. Being a new member to Angie's list, I searched out two new companies along with the company I used previously. I scheduled an appointment with each. I knew within three minutes of meeting Alfredo from Classic Fence, that it would be his company that I would get my business! Alfredo listened to exactly what I wanted, and was sure he could get the job done to my satisfaction, within my timeline. Everyone from Classic Fence went above and beyond what they promised. (We had eight inches of snow the day they were supposed to begin.) They phoned and explained they would have to start the following day. The crew even finished on a Saturday! So we moved in on time....and had a fence!!! A beautiful fence!!!!

Professional quote, timely install, price was between $500 and $1000 lower than other quotes. I had one small problem with the installation and they sorted it out within a day. Great job.

The two man crew arrived on time and worked throughout the two days it took to get the fence done. I was able to observe them the majority of the time and could tell that they were very particular and took pride in the work that they did. No short cuts were taken and any questions I had for them were answered without my feeling that I was bothering them. Since our yard has a pretty good slope they had to get some custom size boards for one side to keep them from being too high off the ground. There was no charge for this and the delay kept them there late the second night but they would not leave until the job was completed. They cleaned up everything before they left and made sure they walked us through to approve the work. Francisco came out a couple of days later for payment and to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome and have enjoyed the fence for about six months now. It still looks great and is still like new.

From start to finish, this company is top of the line. I obtained quotes from four fence companies for the same type of material and Classic Fence was the best price and most responsive. I liked the fact that the crew chief talked to me to review the plat of survey and the scope of work before the project started this morning and also located the benchmark boundary pipes to verify lot lines. The crew was careful to dig by hand in areas close to utility flags and made sure the fence and posts were installed within my property boundary. The fence looks great and the crew will be back in the morning to finish installing the gates. The quality of the work and materials installed was superior!. We selected a satin finish which was offered by Classic Fence but not the other comapnies. The fence looks like wrought iron and very attractive.

The fence was installed in December of 2011 around my whole back yard . Work was done on time in a professional manner. I called classic fence in the spring due to a small amount of cement left on my brick walkway to ask how to remove it. They promptly sent out someone who cleaned all the cement off. Recently one of my gates wouldn't close. Again I called them and no questions asked they promptly sent out a crew who not only fixed my gate but also inspected all my other gates and adjusted them without my prompting.Great customer serviceI would and will absolutely use them again.

Alfredo came out two times and measured when I changed my mind. At no charge. He was also very patient with my changes when we determined the hoa would not allow first fence (metal). he has very a friendly and professional phone staff. He designed a great wood fence and a custom front fence. He also recommended a landscaper to clear the overgrown yard and remove and replace a retaining wall prior to the fence install. They havent started the fence install yet but so far they have been great and the project is moving forward. The landscaper he recommended has been outstanding and started work immediately. We are also waiting on permit from village.

Our old 4' cedar privacy fence was leaning into our neighbors yard due to rotting posts. I received quotes from several fence companies and chose to go with Classic Fence company for two reasons; they were the most responsive and most cost effective. Job was completed over two days. The crew arrived on schedule and did an excellent job removing the old fence and cleaning up the job site. New fence is beautiful. I couldn't be happiers.

Francisco came to our home and gave us an estimate and discussed the work with us. He was very relaxed, patient, and easy to talk to. After having two other fence companies give us estimates, we knew right away that Classic Fence was a company we wanted to do business with, based on their pricing, Angie's list reviews, and our meeting with Francisco. We had a two man crew for the installation. Leo was in charge. The installation went very well. The guys cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. They worked very hard all day, just taking a few minutes for lunch and back at it again. The office staff was also very friendly and upbeat when I spoke with them on the phone. From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience.

Excellent service. We will be happy to call Classic Fence in the future. Very responsive, very clear, nice pricing. Install team arrived on date scheduled. Workmanship is excellent. The install team was sensitive to boundary issues with neighbors and the area was spic and span after they left - everything was picked up/taken away/left in excellent order.

Everyone from Classic Fence is really really sincere and professional. We actually couldn't turn on the water the next day after they used it so I left a voicemail at their offices. That evening we discovered it was a problem with one of our connectors. I forgot to call them back to let them know everything was fine and it wasn't their fault. The very next morning they showed up at our home and checked it for us. I was really embarrassed that I took their value time for nothing. They were very gracious about my continued apologies. Best service I've had in years!

Classic Fence was the third of three companies we consulted. One company gave us a very similar proposal at a significantly higher price. The other was competitively priced, but was less detailed , omitting some specifics that had been discussed. The Classic proposal was very specific to our needs, including steel posts for addtional support . They were detailed about the steps to be taken and the amount of time needed, a well as when they could be available. They also offered to move the displaced dirt into some low spots in the yard rather than taking it away. They began promptly on the date scheduled, and although there was bad weather early the second day, they arrived shortly after the weather had improved and stayed until the job was completed. We are very satisfied and would recommend them both for the quality and the price of their work.

It started with an estimate. They were very professional along with giving me all my options and pricing for each. They gave suggestions on what we should do based on our situation. The final job ended as I asked for which included 240 feet of cedar fence with treated posts. Since treated posts were used instead cedar, the posts were cemented in for sturdyness. 2 gates were installed with thicker posts on the hinge side of the gate. They also used heavy duty hinge hardware for the gates. It's been 4 months and the fence still looks good and is very sturdy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new fence. I had 5 esitmates and this company beat everyone else in all categories including price. Another big plus for this companhy is that all their workers are employees while others sub-contracted all labor. My experienc is that you get better quality when you have your own employees. They did install a high quality fence. You can't go wrong with this company.

Job went very well. They finished in 1 day. The temperature was about 100 and they didn't even stop for a break. They were good workers who knew what they were doing.

Classic Fence gave us the best estimate for removing the old fence and replacing it. When we called to give them the job, they indicated it would be about 4 weeks before they could install the fence. A few weeks later, we called to see how long before they thought they would get to us and they gave us a date of 8 days later. A week later, to be sure they were coming the next day, I called them in the late afternoon. I was told they would be here the next morning between 9 and 10 am. They did arrive around 9:40 the next morning. The work went well the first day. There was a bit of a language barrier but we understood they would be back the next morning to finish the job. When they had not shown up by noon, my husband called and was told they were on another job that morning and would be at our house by 2 pm. They showed up at 2:30 pm. They did a good job and to our surprise, finished up around 6:30 pm. They did not ask us what type of handle we wanted on the gate or where to place it. If asked, I would have wanted something different and to put it lower on the gate. It turned out not to be a handle at all, and it is located up high on the gate. We have no complaints about the the quality of work. However, I feel the office staff could have done a better job communicating with us about the date they would be coming, confirming that with us the day before, and about the fact that they would be coming much later on the second day.

The whole process went extremely well, even though the weather was quite warm. They had the old fence down and the existing, concrete supported posts out of the ground before noon. They dug new holes, installed the steel posts in concrete and hand-built the fence and were done and cleaned up before five in the afternoon. All in all, it was an excellent job.

We have not used them yet but are working on it. We have a dog but the neighbors behind our house and side of our house have two dogs. The neighbor that lives behind our house has their fence line running the length of almost both the houses because we live side by side. So, we were thinking of having more privacy from both sides. Our dog started digging and making a tunnel underneath because they have a picket fence. We have a pit bull and we have a regulation that we should be having them on a leash. We can’t be in our yard 24/7 to watch him though he is not doing it all the time but we don’t want to have any problems. So, all the three of us are debating on what needs to be done. We were actually quite pleased with the quote and everything else from this organization. They guarantee their work. We had actually called another place who said they would come back with a quote but never showed up and never called back though we left 5-6 messages. We looked online and found Classic Fence Inc. We looked at their stuff online and liked what we saw. We read a lot of letters that were there from clients and everything. Their quote was very reasonable for what we were looking for. They had a guarantee while most places don’t guarantee what they do. We were impressed with their experience, the way they set up the appointment and showed up for the appointment too. While we waited they went to the car and quoted us immediately. They guaranteed their price for three months and if we were not ready in three months they asked us to call back so they could verify if the quote was still correct or they said they would lower it depending on expenses because sometimes it goes down. They are willing to pull out the old fence and put the new fence in. It is a small fee but we don’t have to do it. They were very cordial, polite and respective. They didn’t want to walk on the grass and walked on the concrete blocks.
