Work was done professionally and online.

We had a good experience from start to finish. The office staff is pleasant and competent. Our sales rep, Francisco, showed up on time for our appointment, listened to the changes we wanted to make, and gave us recommendations that we were happy with. He provided his written estimate during our visit. The crew that came out was polite and quiet and worked all day in the rain. They also did a good job of cleaning up all the debris and hauling it away. The fence looks very nice and we are happy with the quality of the work.

It took the crew nearly all day. They took down the entire fence, removed the old posts, put in new posts, and reconnected the panels. It looks great (and now straight)! Very happy with the work and the price.

Did not finish work in a timely manner. Here one day and then did not show up next day with no explanation or call. Would have installed one portion the wrong way except I saw the mistake and had to explain how to correct it. The final job is well done, but unless I was here it would have required a return and correction.

Courteous crew arrived on-time, verified exactly what I wanted, had me inspect finished job, and cleaned up all soil from the post holes before leaving.

We were SO impressed with the work Classic Fence did. They recreated the old fence in every detail, but much more solid and strong. Jorge was the team foreman, and he was tirelessly patient in working with us to get every detail right. There was a lot of problem-solving involved (tree roots, crooked garage, placement of gates, alternating two types of lattice) and Jorge was just excellent at making things work. The crew was pleasant and worked well together. They cleaned up every night, worked long and late, and communicated well.. The job took longer than they expected, but they did not balk at coming back until everything was perfect. On top of all that, the salesman Francisco and the office staff Linda and Holly were lovely to deal with, communicated well, worked with us extensively on the design and timing. AND the price was very fair. I'm not the type to rave easily, but Classic Fence is a class act. Highly recommend.

Excellent workers. They worked thru two days of rain to put in my fence.

they worked straight through the day and on the following day, they hung the gate, after the concrete had set. They also removed the extra wood and gate that had been in the yard at our request.

It turned out fine.? When they finally came out, they put everything up within a couple of hours.

It went very well. The two staff were efficient, organized, worked hard, and completed it in two days. They knew what they were doing. The new fence looks so much better than the last, which we had installed as well. The quality is very nice. The men cleaned up, were polite, knew what they were doing and installed it in a manner that made it look really good which was an issue with our odd shaped yard. We are very happy with the results!!!

The installers were fabulous and did a meticulous job. They had plenty of challenges removing the old fence but they did such a great job. It was a big job but they took their time and did it right. Also, the price was $1,400 less than the other company I contacted and I think that was because they are fair, and the other company just thought they could overcharge a woman because she wouldn't know any better.

Very well overall. Very professional with the quoting process and punctual. Patiently went thru all my questions etc. the back office folks are extremely nice and very helpful. The unfortunate part of fencing is seasonal demand and weather. Due to both we had to wait for install for a long time, but they were upfront about this. The only issue we ran into was a driveway gate that had to be sent back due to manufacturer error, and then installed twice as the initial install was not to spec I had requested. They were more than accommodating on both issues. The project manager was extremely transparent on what the issue was likely due to, and our options to remedy, which he was clear from the get go were at no additional cost to us. The end product is just what we wanted. At the end of the day they also knocked a small credit off our bill for the long delays with the gate. Overall we were very happy. Just one recommendation for the service provider would be to have the crew knock every time they come out - we always knew what day they were coming, but a couple times were waiting and didn't realize they'd already arrived and were working.

Classic Fence, from Alfredo the estimator, to the phone personnel, were extremely helpful They helped every step of the way. The crew was super-fast and did a great clean up job. Would recommend them to anyone in the Fox Valley.

Alfredo came out as scheduled and was pleasant. I mentioned one fence style we wanted quoted and that we would need a picture of what it would look like for the permit (village fence rules). He said he would provide a picture or a drawing. After a couple of days I did receive the quote per email but no picture/drawing. I emailed back several times and also requested the quote for the second fence style. Was told Alfredo was notified. After 2 weeks I called and had to leave a message since they were closed on Good Friday. I stated what was missing and expected. Still after another 5 days, no response. Hence this review. Why come out and use up your time and mine but not finish what you said you would do?

They came to give me an estimate exactly when they said they would. they replaced the sections and removed the old sections. The new sections are solid. I am very happy with the work they did.

I contacted them via Angie's List and got a quick response. They were out that weekend to give me a quote. The quote process seemed awkward at first, but he was just there to measure, which I didn't realize at first. I don't really know what I was expecting. Angel emailed me later that day with the quote which was for a PVC fence. I was in slight sticker shock because I knew PVC was a lot, but I guess I was hoping I could afford it. So I immediately emailed them back asking for a quote on wood, and I looked through their online pictures and determined the exact fence I wanted. They responded back within a day. I immediately accepted the contract because it was a good price for wood (cedar). They came out within 2 weeks and installed the fence. They were professional and cleaned up after, so that's a super plus. The reason I am super glad I went with them was because it was a truly custom fence. They built it all on site, which was shocking for the price. They took their time to make sure everything opened and closed correctly, to ensure things were level, and it was just nice to see them doing their job correctly. Even better they installed the gates and I wasn't happy because I thought the gate would be the same as the fence. So I called them up and they told me that they do the gates that way so that they can withhold the wear and tear longer. They said I could have it the way I wanted and to just be aware they may wear differently over time. So they called the crew and they immediately fixed it no questions asked. It was refreshing that they were honest, but knew they still had to please the customer! So in short I would definetly use them again. They were extremely responsive because it is their off season. So if you need a fence during the prime season, I would say be patient they will eventually get to you. Almost every contractor I've ever used during prime time takes months to respond/get to you, but there is a reason you have to wait...the good contractors are busy. I am so pleased!!!

We received multiple estimates before deciding on Classic Fence. They were in the middle to high range of the estimates received. We chose C.F. because of the quality of their material and availability. We were scheduled for a 5/18 install date. Installers showed up on this date, but due to a heavy rain, our yard was unserviceable. The installers agreed to come back on the following Monday. Monday morning came and the installers did not arrive. I called the office and they said they thought I was going to call when we felt our yard was ready. They were unaware of our conversation with the installers the previous Friday 5/18. They put me on a short hold and told me that they had a crew that would arrive within two hours. They did arrived and immediately got to work. We actually ended up adding 77' of additional fencing and the installers accommodated that with no problem. The install took two days and we are very pleased with the result. (Well, as pleased as anyone can be with a chainlink fence. ) The installers were very considerate and willing to listen to us and answer our questions. I was walking the fence line later on the 2nd day and started to pick up pieces of debris that were in the yard from the fence install. (Just out of habit) One of the installers saw me and told me that it was their job to clean up those pieces, and to please leave them because they were afraid I might get cut. I smiled and thanked them. I would highly recommend Classic Fence.

From beginning to end this was hands down the best experience I have had in years in terms of excellent customer service!! From the initial estimator, Angel, and our multiple changes; the front office staff (especially Lynn), and Miguel and his installation crew, everything was perfect!! You simply cannot go wrong with Classic Fence - they know their product and they know even better how to sell, deliver, and make their customers happy!!!

It took a couple of trips to my home to complete the installation, but now that is installed we love it. Great service.
