Description of Work: tore down old stockade fence and replaced with new. It went very well. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had an traditional bronze aluminum fence installed. Alphonso listened carefully to what we had in mind and made a few suggestions based on his experience. The workers came to install the fence on the date and time arranged by the office. There was a problem with the permit (there was no inspection of the postholes as required by the permit), but it was quickly resolved by Alphonso and the Classic Fence office staff. We love our fence and have had many positive comments from passers-by on how attractive it is (one lady said "perfect!").

Description of Work: Classic Fence installed a 4' high cedar fence, with an entry gate, around my back yard. All went well. Five or six of the boards cracked and they returned quickly to replace the boards in question. They are a little pricier than others, but I'd used them before for another yard in another suburb.

Description of Work: Had Alfredo out to do an estimate on the fence at our rental house. He was punctual and professional. He gave a very clear explanation of what needed to be done. The price seems very reasonable for the repairs necessary. Once we have approval from the landlord, we will be scheduling for services.

Description of Work: Great install and fence but just a couple of years later after sale service and prices are outrageous in comparison to competitors. The took our new business and ran with it but after just two years touch up repair work was WAY to high to support their product.

Description of Work: Our sad fence needed some planks replaced and our gate realigned with a new latch. After I called for an estimate they came the next day. They came the next week to do the repairs. I am happy with the work done but they need to work on communication. They did not call before they came to do the work. I guess they would have done it even if I had not been home. They were courteous and fair.

Description of Work: Classic Fence installed a 165 feet of black high quality MADE IN THE USA aluminum fencing in my backyard, including a single gate on one side of my house and a double gate on the other side. They removed old cedar fence, inluding posts/concrete. The crew showed up on time and completed the job as scheduled. I would definitely recommend Classic Fence for any future fence projects.

Description of Work: I was looking for providers to quote me on a 6' PVC privacy fence. On 7-31-12 I sent an email to them through the Angie's List website. They responded on 7-31-12 and said they could schedule a free estimate. I replied the same day and gave them a couple of dates that would work for me. We went back a couple of times and we couldn't get a date that worked for both of us. My last email to them was 8-1-12 with an alternate date. I didn't hear back from them until 8-7-12 (they left a vm telling me to call for a free estimate) and by then I had gotten other companies involved and wasn't sure if we would be a good fit.

Description of Work: Replaced two rotted fence posts and 40 fence caps to match our existing red cedar fence. Everything was done on time and beautifully. They even preserved the chickenwire we had placed under the fence to keep our dogs in and varmints out. The only minor hitch was that JULIE came out without warning because the office had scheduled our work before even telling us - not a biggie. We will definitely hire this crew again.
