Chris was fantastic to work with--always prompt and very professional. He explained everything and provided a detailed, written estimate prior to the service. During the service, he tried to minimize disruptions to our household and, when unexpected issues were uncovered, involved us in making informed decisions about how to proceed. When the job was complete, he walked us through and addressed a few details that we had concerns about without any fuss. Everything was cleaned up well so that no construction dust or debris was left behind.

Chris is very detail-oriented, and this was critical. On our end, we built out an opening, and in that opening Chris installed windows and a door. The designs were created in-house, and since this was not a typical set of plans, we had to coordinate very carefully to make sure the details were right. Furthermore, once we started building, we ran into a few unforeseen difficulties with existing walls (the chase above the window was not perfectly plumb relative to the kickwall) and Chris was nevertheless able to adapt his plans to meet the new circumstances. Throughout, Chris was very easy to get along with, respectful of our students and staff, and provided good work. We would (and do) plan to work with him again.
