Went GREAT. There were previous problems with our outdoor faucet. When used it would wet the basement floor and the sump pump would run. We bought this house 4 months ago and the wall HAD been opened there before and closed back up. When Joe & Matt opened it again we all saw Why it had been closed back up with the work not having been done... It was a HARD job. The faucet pipe had a stress hole in it likely from previous freezing yes, but the extenuating issue was that the pipe was very close to a 2x4 and very hard to work around, so the PAST plumber just closed it up UNDONE for us to find later. Enter Joe & Matt from Brothers Unlimited. They opened the wall removed and replaced a section of the 2x4 and put in a beautiful new faucet and offered to come back to fix the wall after it dried too. And they did it all for the Angies List price of $225. I know this is usually a $300 or so job (even without the "issues"). So I was VERY happy. They also came back and installed a whole house water filter for us too. And we have other work that they will hopefully be doing as soon as their schedule allows. We are very happy with their manner, their prices, abilities and their work and we highly recommend them. Jeff & Wilbert

When I purchased my promotion back in October, they were so busy they couldn't schedule me till the day after Thanksgiving. They came that day and there was some confusion as to rather I had purchased the wood or not. Someone was supposed to stop by and see what needed to be repaired and never showed. By then, it was too cold to do any repairs. The work was done this past week. They did a nice job.

It went very well, Joe and Matt were able to finish these projects in the time-frame we needed before we moved in and so we could have operating bathrooms. We will be hiring them again for our next project in the kitchen and building out a porch off kitchen..

I no longer needed the service, but they were very user friendly.

They were very accommodating and broke down the shutters so that they could be picked up by our regular garbage service, which I appreciated. When I later called to try to schedule more work, I received no call back.

It took a little time to figure out the most direct and least invasive way to run the line, but Joe figured it out and made quick work of the project at a very reasonable price. Al (Joe's wife) was great to talk with and did all the scheduling. I would definitely have him do work in my home again

Good! But I noticed that on a current Angie's list, Brothers advertised again but @ $38.00 an hour while only last week he was at $25.00 a hour. Why so much of a increase. I don't care for that kind of culture. So I will look else where. Tom Koch

They had to come back a 2nd time because 3 of the 4 bathroom faucets were leaking after the installation. He also scratched up the wall in one of the bathrooms replacing the faucet. The 2nd guy, who replaced the inside of the toilets didn't know what he was doing at all. He set the water level so low that I couldn't even flush 1 square of toilet paper. Upon pointing this out, the other guy fixed it. I'm still don't think they did everything right with the toilets. After they did the work, one sometimes keeps running after it's flushed (never a problem before) and another randomly fills (also never a problem before).

Will revisit in the spring when the work is done.

It was ok. They were complete. I did not come in contact with the workers, I was not home at the time. The workers were timely.

Everything was great from purchase to day work was done. Very helpful when rescheduling needed to be done due to illness on our end.

Initial appointment was completed at my convenience. Joe provided me with an estimate to complete replacing problem trim that I accepted. Joe and his son arrived on July 5th and completed the estimated work quickly and professionally. I am very pleased and would use Brother Unlimited in the future.

The work is currently in progress...1/2 done and 1/2 to go. Joe is a very nice person as well as very knowledgeable and right on time delivery. I would high recommend this company for any projects in your home. Price is right and service is excellent.

Wood that had been exposed to moisture for a long time. Joe did an excellent job of chipping away the spoiled wood and filling in the needed amount of wood filler to even out the surface. He was early and very professional.
