Description of Work: Joe is great to work with. He installed doors and kitchen cabinets.

Description of Work: Joe did a great job. However, he is very busy and hard to get scheduled on a short timeframe. His showed up to work at 7:30 am instead of the scheduled time of 12:00. He is very knowledgeable and if his schedule works for you he is a hard worker that knows what he is doing.

Description of Work: All kinds of odds and ends--lightbulb changing, fixing doorknobs, hanging pictures, etc.

Description of Work: Joe was very professional and arrived on time. He helped us with many things in our home. Here's a list of some of the things he did: |-He fixed holes in the ceiling around where a bathroom fan was installed. |-He fixed several drawers around the house that hadn't been working properly for years. |-He installed a medicine cabinet in our bathroom. |-He replaced the screen in our porch door. |-He bolted the stationary tub to basement wall. |-He fixed the basement door with correct hardware. |-He installed a faucet in our bathroom. |-He caulked areas around a door and a window to keep out drafts. |-He fixed all doors in the house that wouldn't latch properly or stay closed. | |Joe did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable about many things and gave us ideas that were great. We would definitely use him in the future if we need a handyman. |

Description of Work: Check the roof! However, it was checked but other devices needed to be done and wasn't. I received a call from the provider regarding other work and I replied at the time no, but there was other work needed to be done at a later date and now the provider wants us to pay again. Walking the roof line and noticing no work needed to be done doesn't justify is paying a $299 fee again!
