Ish is amazing!! Water heater went out and I was dealing with non response from a plumber my home warranty co assigned. Needless to say it’s a miserable life to live without hot water. Called Ish came out within 24 hours installed brand new water heater very fast and professional. Referred Ish to other family members. I want to thank Ish for running such a awesome business. Honesty and integrity is hard to find you’re a diamond in the Ruff. Keep up the great work!

I had Best Rates HVAC come and reinspect my furnace after the company I had been using for annual check told me it was unsafe and the warranty I had with them didn't cover the needed repairs. Ish came out and told me what I needed to replace so I wouldn't have to worry about my furnace this winter. I called them because of the good reviews they had on Angie's list. I will definitely use them for any future service and recommend them to anyone needing their furnace checked or repaired.

Ish was very accommodating with his schedule and came out promptly to service both of my furnaces. He did a fantastic job identifying root cause of issues a with both of my furnaces not operating correctly. He walked me through everything that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a polite and professional manner. He was also competitive with his pricing. First of all setting up my appointment was a breeze! You can get in touch with them via email or phone. Their response was quick and appointment was set easily! I felt very comfortable talking with Ish about my issues. He listened to me and explained what may be creating my problem and possible solutions. So by the time he arrived I had a good idea what he needed to do! Ish came inspected my AC unit and explained my problem as well as giving me a perspective of my 20 year old system. Which was very helpful because I’m pondering replacing it! He gave me details on replacement and the associated cost. Ish solved the problem with my unit in less than an hour. Even though he solved my problem this time I know I will need a replacement at some point.. When that time comes I’m definitely calling Ish!

My husband and I were told by two other people that the level of coldness that were experiencing was as good as it was going to get. We knew better as our AC was performing better two years ago. I went on Angie's List on a Friday evening, put in what type of service I was requesting. I was given a list to choose from. I looked at the reviews, I chose Best Rates. I received a call back. I was told about pricing upfront there were no surprises $89.00 for the diagnostic and $50.00 for a weekend fee.An appointment was set. On Sunday the day of the appointment Ish was in constant contact. He was professional and courteous. He arrived at the time he said he would be at my home. Ish came up found the problem and solved it. He kept my husband and I informed of what he was doing and what the causes were for our lack of cold air. He took pictures and they were attached to the invoice. He told my husband and I that he would return on Wednesday to clean the condenser and he did. Again calling to inform me when he was on his way to our home. The AC has been running colder ever since. I am very pleased with the service that has been provided to me by Best Rates Heating and Cooling. Ish is professional and very customer service oriented. I will call him again and I recommend him.

Had an appointment between 11AM-1PM and he never showed. He called at 4PM saying that he took his kids swimming. He never called to let us know he wasn’t coming. He wasted our time and we still don’t have a working A/C.

He came out, promptly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and arranged his schedule to return the next day to install it and get my furnace working smoothly again. I called and Ish wasn't able to get to me right away. I mean it was Sunday, I couldn't afford an emergency call and he was out if town. But he called me and made sure I was safe and came over as soon as possible. It was my worst fear, the unit had to be replaced. Ish replaced my furnace. He was prompt, quick and left my basement cleaner than he found it. The unit works perfectly and I'm so glad Ish was there when I needed him.

They showed up early which is great. They are awesome to work with. And he had no problem answering any questions I had. They really went above and beyond.

Best Rates Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by a family member after bad experiences with a large heating and cooling company (Four Seasons). Ish came out to my house the same day, gave us a more than reasonable rate and installed the AC unit. Our fifth heating and cooling provider and third installing provider and they were the first one to actually do vent counts and measurements to make sure we had the correct sized unit. After install they stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. We have had the unit for months now and are MORE than satisfied! We plan on using this company for all our heating and cooling needs and services from this point on. Don't buy into a big company the better the service! This was a great experience! The company TRULY is 24 hrs. I called @ 12 @ night thinking I would get a voicemail, instead I got Ismael! He was friendly & funny even though I had woke him for a not an emergency. He worked around my Back to school schedule as a stylist the next day, he was prompt. Very responsive. Initially we just thought our AC needed PMing but it quit working prior to our scheduled visit and ended up needing replaced. It was a 20 year old unit. The owner, Ish, was understanding and made adjustments in his schedule as best possible to move our appointment earlier. Price was good and our AC is working great now! Thank you Ish!

He was amazing. We called that morning and he was there that afternoon and we had ac by the evening. He was so friendly and understanding to our situation of being out of air for 5 days and trouble with our warranty company temperatures in the house over 90 and to top it off it was the day before 4th of July and he came out so we didn’t have to wait even after the holiday. I would highly recommend this company.

Ish was great. Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year (heat warning, 105 air temp), also a Saturday, so things didn't look great. I put out a request and Ish called me right away, said he could help me out. He called me again asking me to take a photo of the serial number and model number so that he could pick up parts ASAP given, again, that it was Saturday. That afternoon, he got over to the house and spent the time getting to the root of the issue and actually telling me what all happened and why. Things got fixed up, price was totally fair, and today the house is nice and cool. Will be using again for all clean and checks and anything else that comes up!

Amazing service! They are very professional, did a great quality of work, were very prompt, and their price was very reasonable! On top of that, the owner him self came out to do the work. He even said if I had any more problems he'd be happy to come out same day.

Our furnace went out overnight during this recent cold snap, and Ish from Best Rates reached out to us immediately after we stated the issue on Angie’s List/Home Advisor. He was on his way to an appointment but was able to head over immediately after, at a specific time, rather than providing us an availability window. He also gave a courtesy call when he was close. After inspecting our unit, he showed us the specific damage in our furnace, and we determined we needed a new unit. He stayed and throughly went over features, pricing, and made arrangements for immediate installation the next morning. He also presented us with an option for financing. His pricing was competitive and Ish was very candid with us about what our home required. He did not attempt to sell us unneeded add-ons or a more extravagant unit than we required. Ish was able to get our unit up and running temporarily, but he also left us a number of high quality space heaters to get us through until our heat could be restored. Ish and Victor arrived on time the next morning and began removal and install right away. They were extremely professional and hard working. The job did take longer than initially expected, but we were given constant updates and the quality of the work was exceptional. When finished, the area was thoroughly cleaned, and frankly, left in better shape than when they started. We will definitely be calling Best Rates Heating and Cooling for any of our future HVAC needs.
