Ismael(call him Ish), is the owner. Ish is by far the best repair man I have used in my 26 years living in Joliet. Diagnosed the problem(bad transfer box) in 15 minutes. My outside unit of my AC system would not turn on. Once up and running he checked out the complete system and found that my system was running at 80% efficiency. I was 2lbs short on freon. He has the best test equipment I have ever seen. Bottom line: Call Ish for any AC problems. He was honest, friendly, professional and guaranteed his work. I slept good that nite, knowing that my AC system was in perfect working order. I got exactly what I paid for. Go Ish.

Ish was amazing. He took me out to the AC unit so I could see it as soon as he opened it. Oh boy, I am not an ac repairmen, but as soon as I heard the clanking and saw the duct tape I knew the last person I hired scammed me. Ish talked me through the whole process and provided me with before and after pictures. It is nice to know when you can trust the person you are paying to take care of your home.

The owner of Best rates Heating and Cooling, Ish came out after being recommended by Home Advisor. He is very personable and took the time to explain to me all my options. I had them replace my furnace and Vic was there taking out the old unit while Ish picked up the new unit. Vic laid down blankets on my floor so as to not get the floor dirty. They did a excellent job installing the new unit and even put in a new thermostat and also put in a new PVC condensation drain from my humidifier and air conditioner drain. They also put in a shut off switch by the furnace instead of having direct connection to the furnace.

Although there was a family mishap due to scheduling, the owner Ish, was so accommodating and willing to work with our schedule. He put us at ease immediately regarding our issue with the furnace. He is a person of integrity and I would recommend him wholeheartedly !!

Ish is very good at what he does. He communicates and explains in detail the issues with your system and helps provide solutions. He did not try to up sell us on a new unit. I contacted this company for a second opinion on my furnace. I received a call from Ish within 15 minutes of clicking request a quote. He came over that same day after hours. He confirmed that my furnace needed to be replaced and gave me an excellent quote for a new unit. He gave me a straight recommendation without trying to up sell. He offered to come the next day to replace the unit, but the weather wasn't too bad so we decided to have the install on the 2nd day. As an extra courtesy he came the day after the quote and loaned us 4 space heaters to make sure we were comfortable for the evening at no charge. On the day of the install he and Victor arrived on time and ready to go. They explained everything about what they were going to do before they started and had the job completed faster than Ish had thought it would take. They were both very friendly, courteous, and efficient in their work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have HVAC service.

This is a new business. Ish the owner came to our house after hours. He stayed until he knew for sure what was wrong with our furnace. Not having the part he left us with some electric heaters so we wouldn’t freeze. Ish came back the next day with the part and got our furnace up and running. Ish did not charge us any after hour emergency fee or even by the hour. Wow it was a fantastic price. It is very hard to find people who are honest and who love what they do. Ish, the company owner was here the SAME DAY we called to check out our heating issue. We had to order a new furnace but he left two plug in heaters to make sure we had some warmth in the house during the install. The install was the very next day. He informed us of everything, gave us a cool new digital thermostat. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice.

Ish, the owner, was outstanding throughout the entire process. I contacted him around 7pm, he arrived around 8pm and explained in detail all of my furnace/ac options. He was able to do the install of a new furnace, 2 days later in -11 degree weather. Ish and his crew made sure the house was warm during the entire process. He showed me and explained everything they were doing. I am very happy with the work; and would highly recommend him and his crew.
