It takes an hour to complete and one person came out. Nothing for them to work on to get better.

Description of Work: They installed new high efficiency furnace and a/c. John was absolutely fabulous to work with. He made sure he explained everything to me in detail without talking to me like I was some "dumb woman". He worked well with financing agency. I got a real "down home American" feeling working these people and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
