Provided Award Custom Countertops with $1,300 cash as a down payment and didn't hear back from them for nearly two weeks. The contract covered removal of current counter/install/disposal. Two days prior to installation Bob Ward told me the farm sink had to be installed prior to the granite. Bob then blamed me for "only hearing what I wanted to hear." If I'm removing the counters to install the sink then why am I paying for Award for removal? By this point I'd had enough and the good price wasn't worth the hassle so I canceled the contract. Bob deducted $150 from my refund for "wasting his time." So now I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will take him to small claims court. Nothing in our contract about "wasting time fees." I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Not good.Seams are really bad. Sent someone out to try and fix it, didn't work. Next they wanted to come and take it apart to try and fix it. I refused because I didn't want the mess. It really needs to re completely replaced, which we will do at a later date with a different company.

The work was terrific. The workers were also great. The owner even came out himself. They are very prompt. I loved the remnant, and they know me on a personal level. They are very down to earth and easy to talk to.
