Called this morning for a leaking shower faucet. They were able to come out today! They arrived during the time frame promised. They explained everything before entering my house, explained what needed to be fixed, and provided the cost before beginning any work. Definitely recommend, and we will use them in the future.

This business is pure trash! Do not use them! They advertise that they are a 24/7 plumbing service; however, they rarely answer their phone (even during business hours) and they do not return voicemails either. After trying multiple times (on different days) to reach this plumbing service, I finally got a hold of someone. It was a gentleman who said, "I am just getting back in the office. Give me a minute to start my computer." Afterwards, he gave me an appointment time for a Friday between 10am-noon. On that Friday, I waited until noon, but had not heard from the plumbers, so I called them. The woman who answered the phone nonchalantly told me that my appointment time was between noon-2pm (although it really wasn't). So I continued to wait. At 1:30pm I got a phone call to tell me that the plumbers were at an emergency job and would at least be another hour. The business asked if I wanted to wait or to reschedule. I was upset due to all the run-around, but decided to wait to see how this all played out. At 3pm I had not heard anything, so I called them again. This time, this business did not even have the decency to answer the phone and let my call go to voicemail (it was still business hours). That was the last straw and I cancelled my appointment and will NEVER EVER use this business. Update 1/31/20 This is a follow-up review to my review of Aquaduct Plumbing. Their response to my review was that they do not advertise being a 24/7 plumbing service in any other media and claim that it was just an oversight that their hours were outdated on Angie's List. I will post a picture that is proof that this company will LIE to you every chance that they get. This flyer clearly advertises they are a 24/7 plumbing service. Do not use this business!

I was very pleased with Gus and Dimitri. I was having issues with the toilet, they explained everything and fixed it quickly. They also helped out with water pressure issues with our faucets even though I didn't request it. I highly recommend using Aquaduct, Gus, and Dimitri and plan on using them in the future.

Analyzed issues with sump pump, check valve. Replaced valve and sump pump on primary, educated me on the whole house setup. Quality was top notch, always willing to go the extra mile and educate me while providing the best service at the most competitive price. I will continue to choose Aquaduct professionals for many of my house needs.

He was quick, answered all questions, and reasonably priced. We are very happy with the work and would recommend him to others!

Jason answered the phone right away, and said he was out on a job, but would personally come look at our problem as soon as he was done. He estimated he'd arrive between 2-4pm, and would call 30 mins before. He called within the window, let us know he was coming. He then called us a second time, letting us know he was on his way but slowed down by a traffic accident. He removed our toilet, put the camera down the drain pipe, broke up a small clog, and then determined the cause of our ongoing backup issue - a screw through the pipe! He followed the pipe trail and showed us where he estimated the issue to be. He said that his company does not cut into drywall, but would be happy to come back and replace the section of pipe once visible - he estimated the cost of that to be $250, and that it would take a couple hours. He showed us the screw on the camera, explained what he would do to fix it, and was very pleasant to work with. He charged $125 for the camera and $49 for the service call. We will absolutely use Aquaduct Plumbing Services again in the future - Jason and his company are great!!

They answered the phone on the first ring with a live person. I was able to make an appt. for the next day and they arrived on time. The work was performed professionally and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

To those in need of a Plumber? Yesterday I had the misfortune of experiencing my bathroom toilet rocking and rolling with the slightest touch. It appeared that the flange holding down the toilet to the floor had broken from years of stress. Fortunately, I recently joined Angie? List and found a great plumber. I was impressed with the quality of the service and know how that Aquaduct offered. Their office staff were courteous and concise in proposing a schedule for a service call and their Plumber/Partner, Jason Kapus, was helpful in explaining each aspect of the needed repair. This type of communication promotes relief of stress for the customer who is facing unknown repairs and costs. The work performed was fist rate and professional in every way. I myself have been in business for years and appreciate being treated as a valued customer. I admire people who take that extra step to both relieve concern of the customer and follow through with quality work that shows. To me, that is good business and is true value! I am quite pleased and happy to recommend Jason and Aqueduct for any plumbing requirement you may have. I also am pleased with Angie?s List for placing Aquaduct in my view when I need help. My 13 year old hot water heater was making a horrible noise whenever we turned on the a HW faucet. It was time to replace IT. I called Aquaduct about a week ago and spoke with Vanessa. She is awesome on the phone and explained that someone would need to stop by and take a look at at our situation and quote a price. I explained there was no emergency; but Vanessa explained that Jason would be out the next day to quote a price. The next day, Jason showed up on time and reviewed my situation. It was time to replace the GE. He quoted me $855.00 for a Bradford White heater including installation and a 6 year warranty. I entertained 2 other quotes . Jason's price was in the middle. I chose Aquaduct because of the professionalism that Jason and Vanessa showed. These 2 are without a doubt the best in terms of doing what they say they are going to do. They deliver!! This morning Jason came out and installed the new hot water heater. It took him about 2 hours. He patiently told me what he was going to do, and afterwards asked if I had any questions. He showed me how to light the pilot light and take care of the water heater. He cleaned up the area; probably cleaner than it was and left. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!
