Pat and Keith came out as soon as we called and removed the raccoons. Pat and his crew also removed all the attic insulation, sanitized the attic and put new insulation in. They also repaired the eaves, put critter-proof barriers on the roof's vents and wired the eaves down, so it wouldn't be easy for an animal to get back in. They were very responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. I would use them again - hopefully we won't need to, but I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

He called himself Trapper Pat. We called him about squirrels in our attic. He set up a trap and caught the squirrel. After that I had to call him again because there was more animals up there. Tapper Pat didn't want to come out and finish the job to the end. He also wanted to charge me extra money to do the job he didn't finish in the first place.
