He started in May of this year and finished the deck but the worst was to come. In front of our tub is a seven foot piece of marble that the needed to remove in order to replace the tub faucet he was to have in cut so we would be able to have a access panel. Her it is July and he has yet to finish. Next he was in our attic to put in a exhaust fan and while he was in our attic broke the light fixtures in our closet. He said to go out and buy new replacements and he would put them in and he would pay us for the lights, that never happened. He was to repair our outdoor electric outlets and told us he needed to run all new wiring and it would be a big job,but that never happened. He had to repaint our bathroom and repair one of the walls and when they finished we showed him the bad repair job they had done and he wrote on the walls where he himself said that he would take care of it,again that never happened. Finally after numerous phone calls that he never returned my wife had to call the police and report him that he stole the marble from our bathroom. After the police called him than he decided to call us and text us after my wife had been e-mailing him and calling him and all we wanted was to get our marble back so we could get a certified contractor to finish the work. So far we have had to hire another electrician to replace the light fixtures and repair the outside electric which did not need all the repairs he had said. He is not a professional contractor. Now he says I owe him money for work that was done poorly and he will not give us the marble back. He wants to hold it hostage. The sad part is I am a senior citizen and a disabled army veteran who would never cheat anyone out of one dollar. I feel he took advantage of us.

Very accessible and accommodating until we awarded the business. From there, very tough to get a hold of. Approximately 6-10 times said he would be there to work and didn't call or show up. A "four day job" has lasted months. Terribly sloppy work - Tile not graded properly down into the drain, Glass shower surround not put together as it was taken apart, tiles in the shower base are not aligned properly. Fragments of tiles cut on angles. Left a large cracked tile in the knee wall. Zero integrity - when something is said it will be done or he will show up, it means nothing. A "professional" I don't think would have ever walked out knowing the shower looked as it did. Left the job incomplete - Unfinished caulk job, tiles sinking near the drain. Zero effort made to come correct it. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone - plenty of other contractors on here...keep looking. I don't like writing reviews. I have too many other things going on, but I thought it was important enough to put this out there so no one else get's into a situation like we are in.
