Im-Secure

There was a bank robbery down the road from my home and the guy got away. I need to have piece of mind so we called Secured-In and they upgraded my ADT system and saved me money for no charge. They also reinforced my doors to keep anyone from actually breaking in. I initially had ADT come out to test our system but was not happy with the charge and the professionalism. They said everything was fine but I received a flyer from Secured-In and thought I would have a look at what they offer. After consulting with them I came to find out my system is installed correctly and working but is not flawless. ADT does not offer Crash and Smash Protection and my system can be disabled during a break in and Secured-In also proved it by letting us set the alarm and they were able to get in and the system never did call for police. I thought having a $1300.00 ADT pulse system was great but actually just a waste of money when it really comes down to it. My new system has everything and more for no extra cost. Clean professional install and training on the system was perfect. I set an appointment up to do my business next week. I wish every company was like them! These people are real security specialist not just a big name.

I finally upgraded my old security system. I received estimates from 4 different companies, including my existing well known national company. I chose Secured-In (someone at work had used him & was very pleased) because he custom designed the system for my older home (not one size fits all) and added home automation at no extra charge! He had the lowest price of all the popular home security companies. Issa WASN'T pushy! He politely & patiently answered all my questions. He was the one that installed the system and did it when it was convenient for me! He also showed me some other super low cost security tricks in & outside my home. Secured-In definitely cares about great customer service and looks at all aspects of protection. And he was a true professional at all times & cleaned up after himself too. Now my doors and windows are reinforced & secured and I'm sleeping better now! The system has the latest in technology to call for police, paramedics, or the fire department. This security upgrade was also one of best investments I have made in my home. I called my homeowners insurance and the savings will more than cover the cost of the alarm system!!!
