After weeks of trying to speak with the owner I decided to email him with pictures to back up my claims and his response was ....they are no longer going to service my home because I complain too much and that they were not coming back. He wouldn't even come and look at the amateur work that was done or the sick tree that was planted in the back of my house that replaced a tree that had died prior to this of a different disease. I was appalled that a business would treat a customer who was in good standing for over 10 years in such an unprofessional manner. Knowing they were not going to come back I had to redo his work and fix the front of my house again as I could not leave such a site. Seeing the BBB logo on his advertising and estimates I felt comfortable plus our 10 year relationship. When I called the BBB on him I find out he was using their logo illegally as he was NOT a BBB accredited company. What a joke. Unfortunately the BBB could not make him come back to my home and redo the work or refund my money. I do want to add I was not an Angies List member at the time but after being burnt in such a way I feel compelled to warn others of my ordeal. There are plenty of great companies out there....... read their reviews and don't pay for a job until your sure it's done right.
Description of Work: They had done work for me for years but nothing that could Compare to this. Their tree trimming and clean up was something you had to watch them with. I found that out after I watched them and saw how they blew leaves all over instead of sucking and raking them up. They blew leaves in my neighbors yard and were going to leave until I told them they had to go clean them up. I then hired them for tree removal and then replanting a tree in the same location in the front of my home. Not only was this tree planted in the wrong location TWICE they left the front of my house all muddy and the once beutiful stones surrounding it all was mixed with chunks of mud and tree root debri. The workers scraped their muddy boots all over my lawn and sidewalk as they were leaving. The other two jobs that were done with that job were done incorrectly after several rains had shown they clearly did not know how to do a small irrigation job in the back of my yard also the burying of a sprinkler head while raising a small section of sunken lawn in the front yard and lets not forget a certified arborist such as Groundskeepers selling me a tree that had a disease starting on its branches and even though I have a written 1 year guarantee he rufused to come out and look at this tree or any of this unprofessional work.

Description of Work: Cut down several dead trees. They were prompt with the estimate, but I had to wait a couple of months for them to do it because of a backlog of jobs. They were careful with their work and cleaned up well afterward.
