I couldn't be more happy with the results! We had Five Star Painting paint our kitchen cabinets. Wow what a difference. From the very beginning, Alex came out, showed up on time, (even a few minutes early) gave us a very detailed and precise estimate. When we called to move forward, he arranged everything, and had Mike the project manager call us to schedule the work. Mike showed up on time, and as planned with the painters, walked us through exactly what to expect, and then delivered us the best outcome we could have ever hoped for, and above all else, finished a day ahead of schedule. The painters were extremely respectful of our home, showed up on time every single day, Mike kept us in the loop as to what to expect and what is next, all in all, the best contractor experience we have had . I will always use Five Star, and recommend everyone I can to use them too!!

I hired Five Star to paint several rooms in my house. Brian, the owner and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was on time, courteous and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again in the future!

We hired Five Star because of the detailed written quote and quick response to changes we made prior to the start of the job. Brian assured us his crew were professional and could handle this multi room project. Unfortunately the crew that was brought in was not what we were told to expect. . The crew coordinator was friendly, hard working,&wanting to make everything right but communication with the other painters was difficult. The crew did a good job covering the floor but did get paint on light fixtures. The crew arrived later than expected most days - making it difficult to get to work on time. Brian was out of town for the majority of the project making it harder to head off problems. One crew member used my bathroom sink to wash out paint brushes. We ran into a difference of opinion on the look of the stained (brand new)doors and ended up hiring another painter to re-stain them. Brian did deduct it from the bill. In the end the painting was good and Brian was fair with the bill.

Professional, neat, and top notch work! We are very new to the area and are lucky to have found such a great company. We will definitely be using them again!

We talked about what I need them to do and Brian was very helpful in that he said for me to not waste Money on the painting until I had the roofing project finished. This is rare that you find a contractor that SAVES you money! I appreciated him for that information. I called him back when the other project wax completed and he gave me the same friendly help and we got all of our work finished . They were really great. My neighbor even commented on their work.

We are very pleased with Five Star's quality of work, professionalism, attention to detail, fair price and timely completion of our project.  We had the exterior outside trim on our two story home painted and some wood replaced by Five Star and were very pleased with their work.  They also power-washed and painted our large patio and pool deck with great results.  Owner Brian Ammerman was professional, a pleasure to work with and provided a detailed estimate the first day he inspected our project.  His production manager and crew came to the job on time, had pride in their work, were courteous and respectful and left the property clean when they were finished.  We felt that the pricing was competitive and the quality of the job was excellent.  We would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Overall a great experience and will definitely hire them again in the future for our painting needs. They painted most of the interior of our home and did so in the timeframe promised and right on budget. In particular, Brian's customer service is excellent.

Brian and his crew headed by Michelle were excellent, truly a 5 star job!

Brian, the franchise owner, was great to work with. He listened to our concerns and made sure we were satisfied during, and most importantly, after the job was finished. However, his team, headed by Michele, was another story. Although her team was personable, the quality of work was inconsistent. In some areas the work was well done and in other areas it was not. We had wallpaper removed and in many areas the walls were not properly patched and prepped before painting. This made for the finished product to look bad. As I began to put my rooms back together again, more areas of neglect were becoming obvious, so obvious that I needed to fix them myself. I admit I am a bit fussy when it comes to a good painting job, but this was too much to overlook. On their first day here, they didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach into my skylight area, so I let them use one of mine. The next thing I know, they are now using my 32ft. ladder to paint my cathedral ceiling. They never asked me if I minded they use it. Before my project was started, Michele walked through my house and saw what needed to be done, so she should have known to bring their own ladders and not have to use the homeowners. For the most part part they covered up the floor, furniture, etc. for protection, they weren't very careful about this. Patching dust landed on my Ethan Allen end table and, when removed, left the entire top with multiple scratches. Thankfully for me, I was selling this table and was paid my asking price. Two weeks later, I had the chance to witness rooms in my daughter's new home being painted and it was an eye opening experience how "professional" painters do a job well done. They worked quietly, no loud music, carefully covered EVERYTHING well, did an exceptional job in patching, caulking and prepping. The final result was excellent and I will be hiring them for my next projects.
