Description of Work: Omar installed two chandeliers in my home. He also installed two dimmer systems. He returned my initial call within 30 minutes, and he was very friendly and gave me a very reasonable quote. I called Omar a few days later and asked him to install dimmers for both chandeliers. He was happy to add that service on, and he even went and bought a dimmer kit. He arrived on time and was very meticulous about the work he performed. He made many good suggestions regarding the installation and he is very competent and efficient . I will definitely call Omar for future work.

Description of Work: I called Excel Electrical about a new dryer connection. Omar answered the phone himself and asked if he could come by to look at the situation and give me an estimate. He was there in 40 minutes. The old electrical socket would do with some adjustments to it and the dryer. He went ahead and performed the work. Everything was done within an hour. We were very pleased with his work and his prompt response. Not only did we get a senior discount, but also an Angie's list discount too. We would recommend Excel to our neighbors.

Description of Work: I had a small microwave fire last night. It caused all the sockets in the kitchen to stop working. My garage lights even stop working due to the switch being on the kitchen wall. I had tried turning off the ckt breaker, and resetting socket by the refrigerator but to no avail, all failed to work. My alarm had switched to DC power. Having found the Excel company on Angie's List was the best decision made! He was here in 15 minutes to do an estimate, even after I had just called 15 minutes prior. In other words, I called at 11a, and he was here at 11:15a. I love the punctuality, professionalism, and quick service to get my ckt breaker to function. He checked all the breakers and turned on those that were off. Checked the socket that had the reset button, etc. All the sockets are working. The alarm is back on AC power. The garage lights are working. I WOULD RECOMMEND EXCEL TO ANYONE WHO IS SERIOUS ABOUT SOLVING AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE IN A QUICK, PROFESSIONAL MANNER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THRU THE LIST TO SELECT THE "A" GRADE COMPANIES. EXCEL IS THE BEST!!! MRS. SHAW

Description of Work: I was having a new swimming pool installed and was having a disagreement with my electric guy .I called and spoke to the owner and he said that what my guy was doing was correct .I was happy to hear that I talked his ear off for 30 minutes and he was very nice .I didn't spend one dollar with this company and he treated me like his best customer .

Description of Work: Rewired and put in new electrical box. Very professional, quiet and clean. The work was excellent. On time.

Description of Work: I had a different electrician came and he left my garage door in worse situation then it was. They came out and looked at it for a minute and were able to fix it in no time at all. His prices reasonable he was courteous and professional.
