+ -1 moreI called for the estimate and he got back to me and set up an appointment for Wednesday afternoon of that week. He then called late in the day to say because of the rain he wouldn't be coming and would come Thursday. After waiting all day I called and was told he was sorry, but he forgot about the appointment. We rescheduled for Friday or Monday (???) and when he arrived he looked at the windows and gave me a price of $3800 which I thought was high. I guess he really didn't want the job and mentioned that he mostly does house framing. I hired another contractor.
Description of Work: He provided an estimate for painting the exterior windows (quoted at $100/each) and putting aluminum siding around the trim of the garage door.

+ -1 moreThe deck was custom built. It has several very difficult curves built into it. He took the drawings that we submitted to him, shaped it and came back with a design that we were extremely pleased with. The completed the job on time and even after they were paid, they came back out to talk with us to make any small changes that we might have.
Description of Work: This was carpenter who build our deck. It was a custom build that is about 20 feet by 30 feet. There is also a 10 feet by 10 feet balcony. It also consists of a small walk out area from the dining room.
